Its ok but i wouldnt go out my way for it. Ice cold guinness is where its at!
  3. When its all ready to start, to prime the turbo you gotta, Pull the king lead off Pull out the EFI fuse Pull the oil return line off the sump and crank over till oil starts coming out Some turbos come with a syringe full of oil to inject into the turbo aswell.
  4. The cages on that site look like are used cusco ones. Worth an email to them i suppose.
  5. Ah gutting mate! Cant be cheap to run daily though. Whats up next for a daily then, any ideas?
  6. Ive ran 14s / 15s / 16s on starlets, out of them all i thought 15s were the best. 16s can look really good though, if you find the right wheels then make the car fit them, play about with your suspension and maybe even run a 40 profile tyre. I believe both these were on starlets are on 16s. None of them are mine haha!
  7. Toyota dot 5.1 is good enough for most people. Just do a flush yearly at the least and it will be bang on. There are obviously like aftermarket brands like AP Racing, but imo unless you do track driving then there are better ways to spend your money.
  8. Only ones ive seen are Zisco
  9. They'll try get you for 3 or 4 hours labour. Even though it can be done in less than half that easy. Be aswell changing the gear oil if its gonna be getting drained anyway. Or split the shafts and leave the green inner CV cups in, wont have to drain the oil either, this will avoid fucking the driveshaft seals aswell.

  11. Lightweight rookie.. haha
  12. That is measured in degrees and minutes, theres 60 minutes in a degree, so the NS has nearly 1degree of caster, the OS has slightly more than half a degree. To me that alignment is pretty bang on. If you want to adjust caster get an anti lift kit fitted
  13. May aswell put mine. First time up a 1/4mile 14.74 seconds @90.7 mph daniel_g EP85 4EFE VF12 0.5bar Vpower Rainsport 3front / 2rear Crail, 26.4.15
  14. My silver GT had no music, fully stripped out, and the only soundtrack was a 5zigen border 304, also the noise of stones hitting off the floor, no sound deadning, no carpet etc. My 85 is also fully stripped out, the exhaust on that is loud as fuuuuck! Plus its got a screamer. I had a celica 190 2zz with an exhaust no bung or fuck all, that was loud as it gets at 8000rpm, still listened to music in that. One of my Imprezas was loud, ive had civics before which make some noise! My gs300 2jz has two 5" backboxes (i didnt fit them) basically i like my cars loud No doubt this N/a will be loud t
  15. That was decent of Idworkz! Main thing that bugs me with whiteline is the corrosion! Fuckin blow on the things and they'd start flaking like a bastard.
  16. I like the look of them but even better if they sound decent too! Just sounds so tinny with no bass in the GT, i'd rather have no music!
  17. Good plan Gainzy man! I dont have a shelf for it anyways
  18. Cool man thats why im asking, needing feedback before i go away and do pointless shit haha. Are those carrozzeria shelf speakers any good?
  19. I'll need to have a look next time i see ya! Never noticed before. It will be a good use of money considering its going to be a daily The door speakers are pretty hard to get a hold off but will keep an eye out Are they 6x9 parcel shelf ones or something else?
  20. Right so looking to be getting my N/a GT on the road within the next couple of months.. probably, and one thing ive noticed is the standard dash speakers are dog shit compared to my lexus. All my cars have either had no music at all (racecar purposes) or have had really good standard sound systems, so ive not had to fuck about with sound setups before. So im needing ideas, pictures, lists whatever for a bit of inspiration Also i wont be fitting any massive max power halfrauds sub amp m9 boot installs haha.
  21. Seen them a few times under slightly different guises, they seem to change paint, wheels, bodywork a lot in Japan haha. That white one needs facelift N/a lights badly, it looks a bit like a micra from the front lol.
  22. Dont think its quite as much as 70%, its supposedly a 60/40 front to rear split. Duno who came up with that number though, possibly Geo. Removing the VC and swapping out the rear axle for something more meaty with an LSD seems a good option. But if anything the front wants an LSD first. As for the switchable 4wd well anything can be done, just depends how much money you wanna plough into it.
  23. The rear halfshafts are very thin, putting anything more than say 200bhp through them (if you converted to rwd) and they'll snap sooner or later, especially with grippy tyres and launching off the line. If you were doing a rwd drag starlet then be a good idea to swap the axle out for a pajero rear axle with a lsd. 4paws have open diffs front and rear which is not really ideal, still hook up pretty well and put good power down though
