-
no such rods as as a 5efte forge rods both the 5efe and 5efhe were n/a engine what are you trying to build a 5efe or 5efhe turbo engine either bottom will do but the 5efhe has much stronger rods and that usually the one the guys go for

closest thing ive seen them look near to are rial arc wheels usually found on a merc 190 but the triangle around edge are sharper mine are more curved -
can you use one of your old top mounts or did ya swap them onto the new shocks already as new one didnt come with them.. top mounts can be got one ebay not alot to buy new,, very hard to come across good 2nd ones unless are still standard with springs and never touched have a mooch on ebay might come across a set or if ya wanna splash out maybe a set of camber adjustable ones have a pillow ball type bearing and are much stronger can set them to be completely at stock camber so still has standard stance to it
-
glad ya found the cause is it stock suspension you swapped around or standard shocks and springs to standard shocks and lowering springs

callum i think thats out of order what you have said in your post. So basically anyone that has ever done something wrong as small as it could be should deserve to be robbed and have there items taken and damaged and to add have cash taken and then be mugged off about it. as garry said it was a first offence so his record has been clean uptil now and his first thing/conviction was ok a bit naughty havent we all done something a bit naughty in the past i have you have dont deny it no ones an angel. its fact we aint programmed to be perfect we all have our flaws no matter how small what

Help please Secondhand Tein coilover problems
JDMfreak replied to RustyEp91's topic in Chassis & Suspension
hows things john are they still sitting up high on the car from the pic i can see the adjuster rings there set way to high they should be around maybe 10 to 15 threads from the bottom these were my rears but ya get the idea how long they should be set imeasured mine from the bottom adjuster ring to the edge of the bottom of coilover where the threads stop i forgot to mention when i was talking to you on facebook all the steering tracking will need to be re-done to compensate for the suspension change -
yes there indentical the ignitions and all the locks aswell

oem midspoiler looks at the curves at the edges much cleaner and fit carbon midspoiler edges look way to big and a weird shape
-
yes as long as the battery isnt to tall that catches the bonnet this will cause the poles to cross because there touching the bonnet and very dangerous. as long as the battery can be safely secured ie..... you might need to make a bigger battery bar/clamp wider because the battery is wider depends on battery you get ,, best take a mesurement of your current battery and try get something similar look in small cars like a micra/polo/saxo/peugeot/civic these usually have small batteries an also make sure the terminals are the right way from memory [red] positive is closer to shock tower [earth]
