Nice project love the wheels
-
ive decided gloss white im going to do the wheels same colour i painted the spoon str reps on first page. Iknow polished wheels are a nightmare to keep clean and unstained with rain,,laquer never takes to aluminium always flakes even when done 100% right,, Will be getting some proper alloy primer and a good few heavy coats aswell and a good roughing up of the wheels to give the primer something to grab too
-
i think thats what i might do finish sanding them and paint them white as was metioned before and maybe lower it and a set of clear indicators upfront
-

where did you get ht leads mine had a slight missfire say when heading up a hill and under pressure 3 gear would splutter for a few seconds then go fine when revs picked up pulled cap off and cleaned contacts indise cap and brass piece on rotor arm seems to have cured it
-
right may aswell update the thread ordered my strut yesterday turned up this morning colours a bit lairy but its getting re-painted 205 toyota black if the weather picks up today also my 1ao silver touch up paint arrived today looks very good colour match hopefully this should get rid of a few little marks then a light sanding of 2500 3000 grit and a buff up should see them them gone
