Nooo . My clutch died lastnight too!!!! Popped out of gear and then the clutch was just completely shagged. Nice time for it to happen at christmas too!

That's what i mean, it's never ever once slipped! Clutch has always been fine man :/.. I guess i will wait for a phone call off the guys down the garage and see what's what! Thanks for your replies guys.

Bello boys and gyalz. Well yesterday, last night, around the hour or 21 hundred hours.. I came off the roundabout, missed the gear for 3rd to 4th, just slid it in 4th as you would, put my head down as you would, and contiuned to drive with the feeling of shame because i missed a gear. Anyway, my driving skillz aren't what this thread is about. So like i said, i missed the gear, put it back in 4th like you would and carried on cruising! Came to the next roundabout, down through the gears no issues. Came off the roundabout in 2nd, gave it a little blip of boost in to third, then 4th.. let off the throttle still in 4th, it popped out of gear in 4th. I then went to put it back in gear, so obviously pressed down the clutch pedal, and it was solid.. So i gently pumped the clutch pedal til it went down like normal, put it in gear and let up the clutch and it was just dead.. Nothing happened and wouldn't release. So coasted into the services, luckily enough i timed this perfectly (turns out my driving skills are actually rather good). Got out the car, popped the hood and put the car in gear manually by moving the fork on the gearbox, it went in gear fine, so i hopped in the car and tested it to see if i could drive off in gear, it wanted to bite, but it didn't and just revved when you let the clutch up instead of moving forward. So i called the AA, yada yada he said yeah clutch has gone. Kewl beanz i thought, no worries, the clutch has never been changed anyway so that's fine. Put it in to mr.clutch just now, as we couldn't be fucked to carry on doing a clutch change on the roadside so we pushed it along the main road which was pretty fucking funny. Got to the garage and he said it might be the box as it popped out of gear? Now im scared it might be the box AND the clutch!! We started doing it outside my house, i took off the slave bit where you bleed it, and a little bit of fluid dripped out, not loads in any way shape or form.. Literally just dripped out a tad. He was saying somin about that? But not sure what that would mean. Sorry for the long story but i just want to know where i stand? He said he will take the box off and see what's what. I'm 99.9% sure it's the clutch. But he worried me when he mentioned the box might be broken too... Thanks, Rob.

Happy with the progress i've made with the car! Here's a before (when i got it) picture and after (now) picture to see the progress! sadly, i doubt i will own the car too much in to 2013 as i'm doing my fitness training for the Royal Marines (hence the avatar picture), and will most likely be on toue by this time next year! However i will continue to do my thing to the car, sad times. But i have no driveway or garage etc to store it so it would be a waste for it to be sitting there! . C+C welcome.

I really do mean to keep this as updated on here as i do on civiclife, and it's not even a civic lol.. ANYWAI; I've uploaded pics previously in such a shit order so i'm going to kind of start again lol, so here's from when i yellow tinted the fog lights! . Sprayed the oem front lip, fitted. Cleaned and detailed. I got bored and decided to relocate my gizzmo boost controller, here's how it went! (ignore the shitty boost gauge, it has now since been removed). After We have light Pic with new plate. Got a new TRD badge as my glanza one was missing off the bumper when i got the car, and also got a new smaller plate Stripped the rest of the rear plastics out, and started on the sound deadning Painted Went to pick up this little lovely, cusco 4point for £200.. Over the fuckin moon!! So decided to remove the yellow tint from the fogs, just like to change it up now and then so went back to normal of the clear fogs. Cleaner imo. Happy days folks! Had a photoshoot done on the car the day before i got my new wheels (need another shoot with new wheels etc). The new wheels. Got some clear corners off nest on here for freeee, legend for that!! Looks much cleaner imo, and this is how it is to this day. Mah smexy r888 when i took it off to roll the front arches, one of four, obviously. Thanks for looking, and as said i am sorry for the pictures being all over the place and some re posted! My bad there . At least i know where i am now and can keep it updated. got some meister-r's which should be here just after xmas, can't wait.
