  10. yeah 150 with everything still inside etc. it came with 3 front bumpers so i sold them and got my money back so it never really cost me anything. i did get lucky though..it really is mint and havent seen one for sale that cheap since. as azz said most are around 500 for a rolling shell

  16. Decided to buy myself a set of wheels today...went for proper enkeis this time....cant wait to see what they look like when they are fitted will get a pic of the wheels when they arrive, but heres what i went for.

  20. cheers boys. aye I've got a 6 point rear strut, inlet, fuel rail.and exhaust. cant fault there work. im gonna be running a stage 2 or 3 billet wheel hybrid td04. not sure which yet but i will decide nearer the time. I've got no doubt that sacha from wepr will make a cracking job of my intercooler piping. im sure he said the cold side was 2.5 inch
  21. so time for an update.... finally after many months of being to lazy to do anything, i got my engine put in the gt. the gearbox and clutch etc was fitted then it was lowered into the car. it went in really quick and i never came across any problems. these cars are so easy to work on so anyway, some pics. and a pic with my bumper on. i bought this a while back off kemnaychris...its got the livesports splitter and I've got a toms square lamp grill to go on. i decided i would paint my front cross bar, as it was starting to go slightly rusty with the bolts, so i sanded it down and gave it a few coats. it really improves the look overall, especially since the rest of the bay has been polished underneath all that dust haha. once all that was sorted i got my hands on a civic half rad and slimline fan, so i got that fitted up along with my purple roose motorsport hoses. im still waiting on a rad fitting kit from id workz, but its on it way. decided to do a dummy run of fitting my turbo kit to make sure i wouldnt run into any problems. turns out a bit of the compressor housing that the actuator bolts onto was hitting the bonnet, so i got that shaved down and now it fits perfect. the 5-0 will get a pleasant surprise when they open the bonnet lol Next up was my race spec rocker with an-10 fittings. i got this welded up and gave it a good clean, then sprayed it with some blue paint i found lying about. it turned out better than i expected so im please with the result. i got my magnecor ht leads fitted up...heres some pictures I also finally got round to fitting my rear arb, havent fitted the front one yet but ill get it done this weekend. exhaust wise since I've had the car I've had 3 seperate systems and the car hasnt been on the road yet. anyway in the end after seeing a few photos i decided to go for a zisco buddy club style system, but i asked keith to make it in 2.85in. i could not be happier with how this looks on my car...has the perfect angle and its exactly what i pictured in my head. i will let the pics do the talking. as you can see it looks awesome, at the same i ordered the exhaust i got a high flow fuel rail and a braided fuel line, top quality work from the boys at zisco. and now for the final part of this update, the guy i bought my current shell, ecu etc off of a while back still had a load of gauges and a boost controller he had after he broke his gt, so i gave him a shout and he still had them. so i will be picking them up in a couple months once i pay for them as they arnt cheap... 5 defi gauges with all wiring and sensors oil temp oil pressure boost water temp exhaust gas temp he also had a aem wideband so i took that off his hands aswell it also comes with the link unit but i dont have any pics. He also had a brand new apexi avcr black edition so im taking that aswell...dont have any pics yet but im sure you all know what they look like. while i was at it i got 2 pretty much new square headlamps and clear indicators...very happy i managed to get all of the above...pretty handy he just stays 40 miles along the road from me. thats about it for now...the brake pads i ordered for my wilwoods arrived and im just finishing fitting new cv joints and boots to my driveshafts then i will get them fitted up. will get some pics and update accordingly. also at the end of the month i will have a larger custom rear entry intercooler and piping made by sacha at wepr. once thats bought i need fluids and a few other bits then i can turn the key....happy days

  23. it will be set up at a happy medium. at the end of the day it isnt a track car i know, however that doesnt mean i cant use it on the track. its between the r888s and the ad08rs. might even get a set of each and use the ad08rs on the road whilst keeping the r888 for the track
