Td5 will flow more air than the td4 so if I was you it fuel at around 3.8bar then back it off if its too rich at wot

No nothing changed at all lol. I have been having an issue with the car running lean when at low revs, off boost and i put my foot down.

Dont know how much truth there is in this rumour, but i heard that the omex units are much kinder on the engine than the beer ones.

A while back i noticed that running with the o2 sensor unplugged had no effect on the car whatsoever. I changed the o2 sensor and reset the ecu. Ive let the car get a few hundred miles on it and i decided to unplug the o2 sensor just to check, and its the same with the new one, no effect to the car at all. It cant be that they both are broken as the new one is brand new. Any ideas? the car idles perfectly.

Heres a guide: all you have to do is remove the turbo and manifold, and use a dremel or similar to bore out the wastegate http://www.toyotagtturbo.com/forums/showwiki.php?title=How+to+fit+an+aftermarket+manifold+and+port+the+wastegate

what boost do you plan on running? Im rrFPR and FCD, running 1bar boost. My car idles at 13, because i had to set my fuel pressure to 3.2bar(standard is 2.4) This gives me a perfect WOT afr of 11.4. When cruising at 100kmh, i get around 14.7, at lower speeds its slightly leaner.

good read there, yea grant you're right, the tolerances are tiny. Would be best to have the gears ground at a machine shop like that guy said, but if the prices stacks up alot your nearly at oem lsd money.

yea you get different springs for them, depending on how hard the springs are is how much it slips ive emailed the dealer in the USA to see if they have one to fit a starlet My car is basically useless in the wet, and i cant afford to buy a proper lsd lol, so its either this or buy a pulsar haha

Anyone heard of these before? They are an insert for an open diff that mimics the functionality of an LSD. Lots of positive feedback about them. And they are only £200 roughly.
