Wondering if anyone can tell me how to reset the base idle using the idle screw, is it simply a case of turning the screw all the way back then resetting the ECU? Cheers EDIT: Which way do you turn it to turn idle down, cant check as the battery is disconnected
Meant to ask, How does the O2 Sensor affect AFR's. The problem im having is when i put the foot down off boost 2k rpm. It runs lean 16-17afr, untill i hits boost. I unplugged the current O2 sensor and its had no effect to the car atall still runs the same so im assuming its fucked lol.
I know you can get the universal 1 wire Lambda sensors on ebay, but i need to get one today. Ive tried eurocarparts but they dont have any for a starlet. Is there another car with the same kind? Cheers
Ive been trying to to remove my speedo clocks from the car to fix my odometer, but i just cant seem to get them out, ive removed all the screws for the unit but i cant get in behind to remove the plugs is there any way i can go about it differently? Cheers
Hey all, so its my first MOT with the starlet soon, Just wondering if anyone can recommend a good place that will overlook the decat. Willing to travel. Cheers
Its really strange, when its idling if the lights come on, if i put the windows up and hold the switches the lights go off Ive given all the connections on the alternator a good clean and wd40, ill leave it over night and see how it is in the morning
Gave everything a clean and tightened it up. Changed every fuse on the car lol. Still happening Video of whats happening: [media]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_tuzuIAV9O8
