Look up something called the WOT box, its really popular with VAG cars. It gives you launch control and the ability to keep the accelerator flat to the floor when changing gears. I emailed them a while back about fitting it to a starlet, and they said its easily do-able.

The plugs i took out had a massive gap, the new ones are tiny, dont think i had any issues with the last ones just changed them due to not knowing when they were done last. Dont have any feeler guages, so i googled the thickness of a credit card 0.76 mm, and it doesnt fit in the gap so im guessing they have come gapped at around 0.7mm Think ill gap them to 1mm then

How are the noise levels measured? Does your car get scrutineered before it goes on, or are they sitting at certain parts of the track? Surely you could put in a silencer insert then remove it lol

Basically made up a 90 degree inlet trumpet thingly lol. Amplifies the sound quite a bit :L Also reduced my spool by around 200rpm

His had a dump valve i think, and wasnt that loud. Mine is an N reg so was probably me, I stay up at Opal, so boost up and down that bit of road quite often lol. Im running a custom open scoop inlet on the turbo and no BOV so my chatter is pretty mental

Saw it about 15 minutes ago when i was walking up Reform street. Thought for a minute that someone had stolen mine lol, but it had gold/silver wheels and a reasonably quiet exhaust.
