yea tried it too, forgot to say

So ive went back to the standard FPR and my car is now idling at an afr of 11.4, its also at around 12-13 when crusing at 60mph. Obviously this is way too rich, but the car is fine at WOT. Ive checked everything i can think of, coolant sensor, map sensor, IAT sensor, TPS, O2 sensor. I noticed that if i remove the VAC hose from the FPR it has no affect on the idle AFR, with my adjustable regulator, removing the vac pipe made it go rich. Any ideas? Cheers

im on standard ecu with a fuel controller, ive been slowly using the controller to trim the fuel and slowly raise the boost, so i might be able to avoid cut and stay on standard injectors and pressure
-
I want to run my TD04 setup, at 1bar on my standard FPR, what size injectors would i need to do this? I have a fuel computer, so will be able to trim. My calculations have shown that: Standard injectors are 295cc at 3bar, so run 265cc at 2.4bar(standard pressure) So injectors that are 330cc at 3bar, will flow 295 at 2.4bar. Is this correct? Cheers

awesome guys, hope everyone can make it, any suggestions for a time?

Thought I might as well get the Ball rolling, who would be up for a meet in Stirling at the Burghmuir Road Tesco, on the 6th of April, so just under two weeks time.

that is absolutely shit man makes me not want to bother with management
-
sorry never saw the reply till now, yea the fuel regulator, and map sensor both use 3mm so id assume so

How to make an actuator work on a rotated TD04.
Weyro replied to Beastmode panda's topic in Lifestyle General
i just used the standard bracket from the ct9, but flipped it round so the end bends away from the wastegate side -
manifold, decat, oil feed, oil return, td04 turbo, and a 2" 90 degree silicone bend to hook it up to your FMIC
-
it goes so fast it stops, Einstein would be proud
-
i think standard are 295cc by the way

-
everytime they do one of these challenges they never choose the car i would, but then again it would have been boring if they pulled up in 3 Forresters lol
-
yea you cant compare ct9 and td04, the ct9 feels smoother, but td04 is just a different planet
-
haha yea, ive had it done since july last year, but this picture accurately represents my reaction when i took it for its first spin at 1bar haha
