  1. I have the water feed lines if ever needed.i know u havent asked for those at all but just letting u know.
  2. the underseal thing is something I also have to do and it worrys me it not being protected under there but its such a BIG job
  3. I would be surprised if you hadnt done any serious damage with it going to 2 bar.it wouldnt boost that far or anywere near that if fcd wasnt working which means ure fueling wouldnt have supported 2bar and would have had a serious lean incident. my 2 cents
  4. Yea I have had a similar thought but for a minute or so of tape application or removal it can be sorted
  5. The one I got is great.no need to spend more mate
  6. Its a gizzmo-ibc theres a model above called ms-ibc
  7. The other feed goes to the oil feed with the 19mm bolt fitment under the oil filter housing.
  8. Lol I thought tha same the first time I ever fitted one. The engine is sucking and taking in air and this creates a vacuum mate. When mines at idle it reads -20. If it reads 0 on idle theres a serious problem.
  9. Coulda just run a feed from oil pressure switch man.
  10. Obviously I have yet to spray paint the oil cooler brackets green to match, and I keep checking for leaks etc as I am new to oil coolers and better to be safe than sorry but all is well after checking just now. Also got it running at 70° on the nose with standard driving. Vey happy and cost naff all to fit this bit of kit.
  11. Well I have done it as I plan to do brands soon and would rather have the provisions there fro additional oil cooling.heat levels go up alot on track and it will be needed then.
  12. Okies an update. Oil cooler fitted up and total cost was just over £20 Even though its a small oil cooler its cooling the oil to much.i expected this would be the case WATER TEMP STAYED AROUND 83° and OIL TEMP 58°. These temps are after 15mins of driving Oil is way to low and it should be optimally around 82°←→92° so I am now gradually blocking of the cooler in stages with easily removable tape till I get to around 75°. That then allows for anything over the "granny driving" which i do 90 % of the time Pictures will be up soon !!!!!!
  13. I would never buy one without personally doing a compression check.so imperative. Then obviously the other major checks etc etc
  14. Turbos require least possible back pressure so ideally nick its ideal mate. but way to loud.ran my first starlet this way when I sold the hks full system to pay towards forged build.
  15. Somebody was plastered, trashed, and wankered above.lol
  16. I could have a look matey.let me know via pm what u need doibg and will let u know. love working on starbos
  17. U dont want the heat of a turbo going to to the engine.then the arguement may well be that the oil gets hot. thats when u buy an oil cooler..lol an "overheated" td04 costs 50 quid to replace an over heated engine costs a bit more than 50 quid I havent ever run waters on my td04s and works beautifully. Wouldnt run waters ever.no need
