  1. ure a legend.will look into this.thanks again
  2. chhers man.hopefully he will see this
  3. suspension is everything will help a heck of alot to stop wheelspin. i may not have anywere near ure power but i have 170 ish bhp and have no lsd and a td04 and no wheelspin at all in dry with toyot t1rs
  4. roll cages and strut braces make a big difference and work extremely well with stiffer suspension. always worth getting one and they do make a difference no matter what anybody says.
  5. as above just recently fitted oil cooler on turbo starlet mine as a prep for any track day i do as it stands atm it cools oil wayyyy to much even when half covered !!! mines fully covered and is just about acceptable now. you do not need an oil cooler on a starlet n/a
  6. mobil 1 fully synthetic what I always use and have done for years. dont buy cheap oil. with this and a generic oil and filter change it will cost between 37-50 quid
  7. u have to be a daily starleteer to be "TAKING OVER" ha
  8. why the heck would you buy after market ecu with seals open ??
  9. wow so thats what the light looks like.mines never come on i dont think.
  10. socks couldnt have said it better.bang on what he said.do it,and if it has a fcd get rid of the piece of shit
  11. well for a start 140 across all four is awful and u should have 170 ish plus over them.indicates a rebuild is long overdue unfortunatley and spark plugs do usually just work out of the box and that doesnt sound like thats the reason for your running issues.
  12. heat is an enemy of head gaskets for sure.people needlessly leaving there car to idle for ages when theres no absolutley no need (trafic situations are unavoidable i know) isnt exactly a great thing to do especially on a turbo engine other thing that probably doesnt help things is lean fueling situations etc and as above with water temps or lack of water/coolant.
  13. as above please guys,aNY COLOUR
  14. that sort of technology has got to be worth at least £200 quid lol. that picture reminds me of a husaberg 501 engine in a bike i used to have. tiny compact engine but nearly 65 bhp and stupid amounts of torque
