  4. yes you do have to have a rear camber modified axle. coilys stay the same and dont need to be touched as they arent affected by the camber adjustment on the beam itself. and as for testing its been 7 plus months of daily driving over speedbumps, up down kerbs countless times, motorway miles, big uk potholes (delightfull uk roads for ya ! ) and my car being 6 people up at one point after a lot of drunken mates needed collecting and taking home. not to mention the tensile strength of 4 x 12mm bolts collectively
  5. thats exactly it. :-D

  9. its as been said above really, the axle has to be very precisely cut and then bolted back up. its no secret but not an easy job to do.i have no pictures unfortunatley sorry and hardly a money making scheme lol.

Hey guys, Being a starlet master by now and working on numerous starlets including friends and my own i jumped at this opportunity a few months back http://www.ukstarletowners.com/topic/74577-who-has-the-knowledge-tools-and-time-to-work-on-my-car/ The car was left with me for two weeks as adamf had a holiday. I had a page of stuff to do on the car and 90% of it was just general maintenance. on the list was end result/fix # compression test to makesure all was well 175 psi over all cylinders with less than 3psi difference at worst # locate whistle noise from engine bay a knackered malpassi was issue, cured with a genuine sard rrfpr # drop oil and filter change mobil1 fully synthetic was used # fit new spark plugs new iridium plugs were fitted # idle a bit lumpy stripped and cleaned out idle control valve # fit speedo converter done # replace lefthand tailgate strut done # replace headlight bulbs done # replace glow badge bulbs done # adjust bonnet catch done # wash and mop/wax car done # fit boost gauge done # replace coolant done # replace 2 tyres done # valet car inside done # fit new rad fan switch done i got every single job done that adamf required and i charged him just £10 an hour which is not alot. needless to say he was very very happy with my work and he is a great guy also his car is soooo tidy for a g reg starlet and its a credit to him hope we meet again soon my friend
