most starlets have a tiny weep from the sump.its notoriously hard to seal and isnt uncommon even if still standard sealant

wow theres lots of crap popping up recently. i am lucky i can do all the work on my car myself

i have had a set of ae101 twin pot brakes on my starlet and they were absolutley outstanding. anything more than twins are a bit over kill in my eyes as normal road use they lock up soooo easy and you dont want that. mine cost around £270 all in . i recommend them all day long.performance never went at all,infact they just got better and better with heat

yeah i think td04 tops is what i would ever use. its bad enough lag on a td04 compared to ct9 a car with linear power is alot quicker round a track than a car with a huge turbo with poor spool rate and yeah there are turbos out there with same spool as td04 but bigger ,most with ball bearing but they are more than the usual £60-80 we spend on td04s !!!!

yes still stock na brake discs but with yellow stuff pads. did have ae101 twin pots but sold em after last trackday

wicked power for sure with a td06 but usuable power ? prob 1000 rpms worth. you need USABLE power ideally mate and while its hugely impressive and i take my hat of to them especially sir burwash himself god rest his soul,i think dave especially did it just to see what he could squeeze out of starlet engines as a credit to just how well bilt they are etc. i even worry that my td04 isnt gonna be usable on a track compared to a ct9. but i guess everybody has different power requirements and wants.

ebay external wastegates hardly gonna be great also. that and fcd suck ass.not a fan of those.screws over the ecu signal way to much for my liking.even on setting 9.

update------------have ordered up new front discs and they arrived today. they are pagid vented discs from euro car parts 229 mm £42 delivered. i need replacements because.................................

standard ep91 sportif discs are 229mm just so u know the actual calipers are the same but as somebody said the carriers are different

have ordered up rainsport 3 tyres and we will see how i get on. they were £205 delivered
