  7. are u serious,wow i stand corrected.NEVER seen this before on front,rear all the time. well firstly those wheels are way to wide j wise to be fitting on that,and as for them not being equal i can only think the wing is out more on one side thatll be my bet. do a measurement check from the wishbone pivot to the hub or disc.bet u they are equal and its the wings are different
  8. so i was just going through my car folder to find m.o.t certificate, insurance certificate and v5 so i can tax my car tommorow as tax ran out 2 days ago and i found my m.o.t certificate and it turns out m.o.t ran out on the 26th of last month so now i cant tax my car tommorow dam it. gonna try and get a last minute m.o.t from me mate and hopefully get it all sorted tommorow. word of advice ,check ure m.o.t certificates ,its so not like me to forget or not realise. anybody else done similar ??
  9. can only be rear lol.......yes adjustment of the panhard variety needs to happen to centralise
  10. doing stem seals without removing head thats the old thin rope trick isnt it.feeding the rope in as much as possible whilst piston is at bottom of stroke then cranking the engine by hand till its tdc and the rope coiled up in there then holds the valves in place. done this before and works so awesomely.

HE WAS MASSIVELY HELPFUL,REPLY'S TO QUESTIONS ETC SUPER QUICK (USUALLY WITHIN 5MINS), SENT THE ITEM YESTERDAY AS HE SAID HE WOULD ,AND I HAVE IT HERE TODAY WELL PACKAGED AND WHAT I ASKED FOR. WHAT MORE CAN YOU WANT FROM A STARLET TRADER ON THE FORUM....... THANKS VERY MUCH FOR THE PARTS IDDY AND LOOK FORWARD TO DEALING WITH YOU AGAIN. (ALSO GUYS SO YOU KNOW THE ID-WORKZ STICKERS ARE FOR SALE ON MY BUILD THREAD WITH POSTAGE INSURANCE INCLUDED FOR THE SMALL SUM OF £2000,BUT DONT TELL IDDY AS HE MAY GET ANGRY FOR SOME
  17. update....... decided to renew the ignition system parts purchased new dizzy cap and rotor arm-----original proper parts also a set of four NGK BKR6EP-11. these plugs are oem plugs so thought it best to use them. but they were £49 i got some parts from a certain somebody who i cant name and you will never find out either so anyway heres the state of my removed dizzy cap and rotor what u guys think ??????????? LOOKS A LITTLE KNACKERED ? ALL FOUR POINTS INSIDE THE CAP LOOKED LIKE THIS A BIT MISSING FROM THE ARM ??
  18. surely nobody would want such a poorly built car.after all I heard he built 89% of it with a blind fold on.I am sorta impressed but also worried about weather the pistons are the right way up....

  20. yeah video was stalling for me to. mate i gotta say this car is absolutley amazing i thought mine was a sleeper but this is the DEFINITION of a sleeper it should be in the dictionary next to the word SLEEPER. SUPERB STUFF !!!!!!!!
  21. u can test if they work by using a cycle foot pump or similar with an accurate gauge. pump it and actuator will open @ x amount of psi. and as for removing the vacuum pipe that connect from turbo out feed to the actuator DO NOT DO THAT !!!!! seriously silly idea and not gonna prove anything or help u at all !
