  3. basic thing to do would be to do a diagnostics on the car and then see what the problem is. then sort it.my guess is either knock or possibly fuel cut. let us know
  4. been covered lots of times.just turbo it wether its in an n/a state or full turbo setup
  5. the reason I made it was because I have never had any probs with the standard cast iron manifolds and wanted to have that reliability with a bigger turbo. the reason it waz a pain and took 3 hours to make is because of the massively awkward angle the ct9 sits at compared to td04 were-as the td04 needs to be level but still fit well with the standard td04 decat and lines etc and thats how it ended up. was made by a dude that used to work for ford years ago who fabricated tuning parts for ford race team.

  9. braided lines make a huge difference to brake feel and power.this is a superb and cheap upgrade for somebody
  10. I have a gizzmo ibc which is less than 6 months old and superb. paid 180 for it.would like 120 posted.its as new .comes with instructions also

  14. its a full days work to take your time and do it thoroughly. amjad got to me at 8am and still took me till 3-4pm with an hour lunch break. so worth doing though.and while ure at it polybush beam if not already done-so.
  15. well its meant to be 140 quid at his place (there porsche and ferrari specialists) but was free for me.
  16. the cut is very precise and took an hour to cut each end. the beam was checked on a 3d alignment machine at my mate neils garage/place of work. was spot on as I thought and more importantly knew.
