update...... my mate works at a honda dealership selling cars and managed to get hold of a "superguard" treatment for nothing which they charge around £250 extra for when selling a car.It guarantees the paint protection for three years !!!!!!

Went about a month ago now. went for a week.stayed at luxor hotel. It was INSANE out there . Did the hoover dam bus trip with PINK tours and also did the grand canyon helicopter tour . the place is amazing and you wont have enough time in a whole week to see it all.lol

With funny onion.hybrid ct9 is the way.bolts straight up and is a cracking turbo with minimal lag and very usable power that doesnt drop of up top revs like a stock ct9

They are all knackered and old ( 17+ year old turbos) Much betted of getting one rebuilt by liam d then u have a effectively brand new turbo that will run like a dream and have a TWO YEAR WARRANTY Check out my build thread to see just how bloody good he is. Its goin to be hard to tell about the crank from a piccy. u need to take that to a reputable engineering frim and go from there. As for the piston being discoloured that could be a heat issue caused by a fault in injector. lastly caps/rods come balanced/matched and IDEALLY stay with the rod/cap they were intended for.

Pcv valves are emmison related and shite.remove the unit completely and replace with a 90' elbow venting to air :-D

A boost gauge is such a basic MUST on a turbo car. u NEED to be able to keep an eye on that. and in ure case help you to find out whats happening.

Went out for a sprited drive tonight. Probably 6/10 going for it and car performed real well. oil temp went up to 100 degrees and stopped. water temp went to 99 degrees and stopped there also. I kicked the crap outa the brakes, they stank real bad but NEVER faded and when I got out and checked them they wwre GLOWING BRIGHT ORANGE lol. only problem I have is that sometimes under hard load going from 1st to 2nd it wont go in. my mate said its the syncro mesh ? Other than that I cant say anything other than positive. Well happy.

Fitted my new 14m banjo and its bang on. 1000% is an14mm.lol
