This just made me actually lol

Well never thought that comment would cause that haha. The reason I said it was because I know they have different part numbers and after working as a partsman for nearly 5 years before my sales job I know that when they change part numbers the part is usually changed or at least modified the part other wise the numbers stay the same

If your car is a 98 spec they had different cams and usually make more. At a bar it wouldnt matter if it was forged

Bump price drop £350 and open to offers -
Ive always liked the look of the ae111 and was considering that one but would have to spend to much to get it upto the same spec as my glanza. Ive had a s14a and loved it but my glanza is more fun for what I want plus cheaper on fuel and no rust issues

Chris_14a replied to Chris_14a's topic in EP91 Glanza Progress Blogs
Well when I got it apart from a dodgey diff most of the bits had gone. It had new forged rods and forged pistons from Japan but cage was gone so was the jam manifold and other things. If you got anymore mate if you could post them up or drop them to me on a email as been after pics of it for ages from before I had it I will have a few more updates for it soon tho. I'm happy with the jam one now so it will be staying on. -

Moorley's GT (will be forsale/breaking shortly)
Chris_14a replied to Starbo Moorley's topic in EP80/EP82 Progress Blogs
Don't think it sound suspect at all mate. I got my old 200 how I wanted it after 2 years then sold it less than 2 months later for my glanza due to fuel. I don't think you should mate but only you can decide and you will only do it with the new car -

Track glanza v.now for breaking
Chris_14a replied to Chris_14a's topic in EP91 Glanza Progress Blogs
So im already bored of the HRF bumper haha so I put the jam bumper back on tonite but have made a front splitter for it to get it lower which was the idea with the HRF. What do people think as I am happy with the way it came out . http://s1198.photobucket.com/user/chris_14a/media/IMG_0097_zpsa828e549.jpg.html'> http://s1198.photobucket.com/user/chris_14a/media/IMG_0098_zpsbc73d49d.jpg.html'> Now I will not be doing a lot with the car as it is still unmapped since the billet went on about all I will do is fit the new wheels but I have been talking to Mike and Nick about the car r -
In out in the 12.20 session (intermediate) trying to get a few starlets in that would be good to see how the 35 does on track
-
Just take it out and see if you enjoy it first before you spend loads of money
-
A gt35 will be fun on track all the lag haha. Depends on your driving and if your worried your less likely to kick its head in
-
Depends how long you want it to last for example standard brakes will probably cook themselves after a few laps depending how fast you drive due to how fast donnington is but you will feel it and can slow down if required. Same with oil depends how you drive if its flat out the oil will get hot quick without a cooler. I have spent the last 2 years slowly adding things to the list as I have been on more and more track sessions and a lot of advice from other people. The one mod I would recommend would be gauges as at least you can keep an eye on everything and back off when needed
-
I run negative 2 camber but mine is only used for track but it will be having the settings changed before track again
-
I've got an idea I was there but not until the end won't spoil it. Will possibly see you as will be at Td tomorrow

So not really done a lot with the car recently as waiting on my wheel and decided to change a few more things. I have been getting a few bits together as the car will be going off to Td for a new engine in the near future as just looking at giving it a refresh . Will update as things change. -
