ha i have the d2 back up for sale so i can buy polo again the polos are way more comfy and keep the car just as stable tru the corner / roundabouts etc etc also there better in absorbing bumps !!!!

ok on my d2 i can go lot lower unscrew and measure the lenght of the housing ( not rod ) ( maybe housing is just to long also the spring should be only hand tight there not allowed to be tensioned so i suggest loosening the 2 lock screws for the spring then hand tighten the top screw til it just touches the spring so no up down movement is there from spring then ad 1/4 turn extra and lock it up ( this will give most sag from spring ) then its only a matter of screwing the bottom bit as far as it can

after reading shauns reply i got paranoid and surfed egay for a metal 1 found 1 but flipping 20£ plus postal is freaking expensive for a stupid t piece still need ct9 gaskets :(

the ass dyno never lies it works ha ha ^^^^^ you do know that because the restrikted + the cracks apear over time and they al start on the + because of the + extra heat is there that is not needed -

pfc fcon unit on its own can be had cheap but its the add ons that are scaars as fuck and really really hard to get like the ipm and gcc complete loom maps sensor there the dear expencive parts to get hold off i searched long and hard to have a full complete setup

poly bush yello is 70A ( hardness of bushe material ) jezzas are 65A small bit softer so a 50A would be a lot softer so way less vibrations in the cabin
