    the metal sleeve needs to be kept mate its a cunt of a job to get al the ruber out of the bush your fucked now you need to buy 2 new sleeves/bushes or get machine shop to make 2 sleeves

    you have the time to fix till next nct so buy 1 thing each month and just before nct fit it al at 1s to keep cost down thats how i do it on my gt unless your sick of the car if so just scrap it then or sell as is

    runner 1 an 2 inches on the mani best to fit 4 1 on each runner to keep eye out 1 is useless because you dont really know if 234 are running lean etc etc
