    the welding could of been better in the arches thats for sure price is to dear for the patch welding it had i would atleast used whole sections indeed but still a nice kp back on the road i hope its the 1 i remember being black / red

    that wont make a diff on the cooler its nicly shaped to the core unless a baffle was welded in like in an r5 gtt cooler ??? i woud eliminate the ebc 1st ( also mabe the ewg is leaking ??? ) because boosting sooo late ?

    try unplugging the temp sensor on the thermostat housing ( white plug on back of hose ) if the fan kicks in then it might be the sensor fucked that sensors controles when fan kickes in

    best to take full unit of its way faster and way easier to get the back turbo nuts off they often round off make sure to use a good new spanner
