just sand away the blow out of piston metal ( on piston ring gap ) you dont want it rubbing the bore atleast that looks like it to me in the pick at 6 o clock

dude thats danger !!!!! na engines will do max of 16!!!!!!! and thats with high egt temps !!! 18 is asking for trobles dont drive it till next map tweak or u could end up with a nice hole in a piston or the likes thats just my 2 c

pffffffffffffffffff finally got it stick pin then pull hard but now i pull the plastic clips out to so they dont click back in

ya side plastic bit comes out like 3mm or so then i stick small pin tru front face tryed top holes and bottom holes of each pin to noooooooo avail im able to click the honda obd1 plugs but these seem different ??

he omnaj use smal drill bit like3mm and drill 2 holes at 12 and 6 or wich ever you get the idea then screw 2 srews in there and wiggle it out DO not pry it out with screwdriver or you might scratch the housing or scratch crank in both cases it will leak then and never seal again also if u want new pump go ebay.com and lok for 5efe paseo pump there cheaper on there delivered and customs then buyin over ere -

more info on the brake upgrade grant :) is that the rear disc ( oem ) cut down for the spindle ( centre section ) ??? -

starlet/paseo hub and disk bearings are the same size where do you think these are smaller outer or inner you have to tap out the outer race of the bearings out of the hub there is cut outs to put a punch or the like stick your finger in there you feel it :_p

have you a grease packer ??? otherwise them bearings will need changing again next year or this you cant fir them bearings wrong because the hub wont slide on small 1 is behind tha nut

as above but if thats ok i would >>>>> check if tps is ok and if your 02 sensor is still up to parr also ecu temp sensor controlles the cold/hot start ( feuling )

cut of flush then use small drill to drill out centre go bigger and bigger till you can use an insert/helicoul bit and thread for helicoil
