take intercooler pipe of and put your hand over the tb if it stalls no vacuum leak and adjuster srew adjustment will sort it if it keeps running then ul hear where the leak is
set of 4efte pistons can be got very cheap amigo no nead for over bore just hone the block urselve fit used pistons with new rings you will be able to run more boost on the 4efte pistons then on the 5efhe 1s anyways its a no brainer going to 4efte pistons can be converted really cheap
thats not with torque wrench settings there is a special toyota tension tool for it but diy you tighten them till it just tightens up then 1/4turn loose check is there is no play drive for a few miles then recheck them and tighten up 1/4 turn if necesary these bearing arnt a hard tight fit there just like small hand tight
yes smal bit maybe 200 rpm ???? not much diference really the smaller the exhaust prop the faster it spools , if you want faster spoot tf035 and a billet compressor housing and wheel upgrade will do wonders fast spool and big cfm boost :)
there diferent in size the tdo4 is a small bit smaller then the L think the exhaust prop is smaller to thats just by looking not fisical measuring ha ha
no signal from ecu to relay then when going by stu,s info that will be pin 4 of the 16 pin plug stick the pin from the multimeter in there while the ecu is plugged in and crank over to see if there is earth comming ???? to activate the relay ????
check the relay pin think its armed by ign2 ??? i think bridge B+ and fp in the diagnostic socket to hear if you can hear the relay click and or if the pump start working ( so when bridged go crank her over ) is it gt or v
check efi relay and fuse put power to the blue white wire strait from the battery ( fused ) if it dont kick in then pump fucked hold on a min. do you have an allarm ?? imobiliser might be armed
