take a chance and torque them down accordingly and check if they are not getting to tight if it get tight on 1 swap it over to another 1 and see if it loosens up also do 1 by 1 so you see which 1 might get tight its not ideal but can be done if necessary its real cowboy builder style !!!

because the holders belong to the head you can swap them over but a cap might fail kid if it gets to tight why not use the head where you are getting the caps from ???

you dont buy a head or block with missing caps !!!! there for the bin

me to atleast it be a stock ct9 just hoping the 2nd ct9 packs a good punch of extra torque

so taked it together and gave is a few smal welds ( going to weld it in 3 stages ) to see how it will look also beeing used to push with the mig i am al over the shop pulling with the stick going of line so it will be mig for the rest :) i wish it was done already want to feel a bit of boooooost again :)

finished the ct9 flange today fits perfect perfect alignment al i have to do now is weld it up :)

put td04 on dump valve sounds quite?

probly the spring in the dump is to stiff for the boost raise boost or adjust the spring pressure :) -
havent bean able to continue on my lil project for the last 4 days :( but anyways got 1 hour spare today so finished of the flange 50mm strait tru on the left for between mani and 1st ct9 then on the right 42mm because the internal diamoter is 44mm gives me more chance to weld on it before warp !! next up is the ct9 outlet flange 1s thats made i can weld them 2gether

there crap design on ours really im running almost 3 years like that now ( in july ) and have no isseus attal even does not affect emmision so why not :) its just the same like driving with an uprated manifold they dont have idle neither -

take a pick from behind the turbo near the oil sensor we can tel you then buy the bolt or lack of it that its a 4efe or 4efte -

normal 1s up to temp amigo only on cold start you need to hold the throttle a few mm for about a min. or she stalls after that runs perfect -

if wanted you can leave al the pipe work and fill up the hole feeding the wax valve and job done if removing the iacv then tap a thread in there for a bolt -

would not know mate just try it there only 150 euros !!!! 250 i think no problem attal nice heave pedal so good clamping force for sure will be a while before i am doing 300 so cant comment yet sorry

get a grade 10 bolt for the rear it will do fine the steering id dodgy as fuck and dangerous did you undo track rods ??? you might have destroyed a joint ??? probly unless the shock is bent but you would of noticed that installing !

thanks guys no russ never useless :) now i can go on a search for the oil feeds for them on my ct9s should be strait bolt on then

only fitted then 3 to 4 hours ago only driven around the block but feels / looks promising deffo les vibrations then yello pollys will give my verdict next week
