  1. hey lads has anyone ever tryed to use black spray tint ( that the use on rear lights ) to tint there rear windows spraying it on on the inside ?????

  3. ^^^^ they take up a lot of room ha ha i cant even fit the stock ct9 turbo with the sc12 !!!!
  4. yes when you take the intercooler pipe of of the TB then on the inside of the TB on the bottom just before flap ( at 6 oclock ) you will see a hole that goes to your waxvalve they often act the bollox i had to delete mine filled it up with metal 2pac and restet my idle
  5. bolted the charger to my car ( unconnected ) and went for a spin checking speedbumps for clearances and there fine :) took a quick snap of misstress while i was at it
  6. sounds like the wax valve is stuck open !!!!! seeing you changed the rest you can test this by putting your finger over the hole in the tb !!!! keep finger on hole and reset your idle if thats ok then its the waxer
  7. so raised the alt bracket 2 inch and got rid of the 2inch studs sits waaay better thats a good nip and tuck :) i moked up the oil filter with a coke can cut to lenght and clears by 10mm going to use the alt adjuster bracket as a simple adjuster

  9. its over feuling big time get it sorted fast can leed to engine damage probly injector stuck open !!!!
  10. do wont be long so i tryed bolting the charger on and i didnt like the angle of the charger ( to much forward ) so i fitted studs and spacer on the plate to bring bottom out more much better but i want more so going to for even longer studs so charger sits strait i still have clearance to the crossmember :) by the look of things i might clear the oilfilter to because it slopes to passo side of tha car yay nice 1 lets hope luck is on my side and its far enough out so i can ( maybe ) raise the charger
  11. got bored today so started fabbing the bracket , i made really good use of the aircon bracket to the charger is 9 inches tall so i fabbed up a plate to bolt to the bottom of the airco bracket measured it level on the plate and only after i drilled them i spot the bottom holes on the airco bracket arnt level so wonky bracket becouse i didnt have a crank in my mok up block i needed a diferent way to find my pulley locatio and came up with this my strusted spirit level clamped to the outside of my waterpump pully now i could align my charger / bracket my 9 inches will
  12. i uses the cheapest possible oil i can get hold of ( 10/40) and filter why spend so much extra when it has to come out after 3,100 miles anyways
  13. only real power to be had is to turbo it hardest part is making the exhaust tuby mani !!! real cunt to do , with the cam , springs , and trd ecu thats available for them you will need to get the bottom end lightened and balanced for higher rpms even fly needs sorting to and pullys to get best out of it ,also for the price of the 3 trd cams you can easly diy turbo it !!! also if its a long term project why not fit the 4efe head to it 2E-E16v
  14. different lift ????? yes you can use the block and crank no bother na crank will hold upto 350/400 bhp !! the heads are identical ( only valvesprings are diferent ) there good bases for turboing if your forging
  15. looks good wont it be possible to mount the pump behind the ( just under ) intake manifold and have the resevoir of it next to the cluch cylinder or is it to big shaun ???
  16. spens all freaking weekend fitting the charger in the altenator spot it fits but my acis wont fit anymore !!!! and i cant go lower with the charger either !!!! so she has to go upfront :( :( there is no way i am going to delete my acis mani :) well see how that works out with the 4efte oilfilter location housing

  20. i am going to keep the top adjuster bar from the original alt position and fab that so i dont need pully adjuster on that side the charger will be automatically aligned with the original alt bracket at the bottom its just from left to right that i need to space it correct i will wait till im pist to start on the new alt position bracket ha ha stress levels wont be that high then
  21. ya cheap build 4efte kinda engine but strong you think it would be a problem ??? i think this is the pic you saw its the only 1 i can find i know its not my own but just going to copy this setup seems easy looks like no custom brackets ( welding ) is needed
  22. nice diagram thats going to help me to to your question its a gi block with gi rods and 4efte pistons i cant fit mine upfront like yours with my turbo kit and 4efte oil housing so going to swap positions with the alt. i already tested i can use the existing alt bracket with some washers think it will be hardr to get the alt fitted upfront coupple of pics above ( engine flat charger ontop ) i see you have a pulley where the power steering pump supposed to go is it adjustable and where did it come of ???
