  1. just back mate it looks a bit playish indeed depends how much force you use to move them ??? get plastigauge and 1 by 1 check your clearance and state of the bearings and thicknes also check if the sids of rods are digging in the crank wal those metal bits in your sump scare me very bad news
  2. ha ha the exhaust temp sensor tps and iac dont matter they can stay disconnected they have no say in starting or not think the problem lies in the dizzy only as you have the 4efe original ecu on the car al should be wel also make sure the ECU temperature sensor is plugged in ( on thermostat houseing ) if thats disconnected ecu will act up dont try fitting any 5e stuff treat her like a stock 4efe get back to me
  3. you dont need a mapper for these mark :) this is pure D.I.Y. tuning all you need is a wideband and egt @flower she needs the map sensor to be perfect , you can instal this and run without the map but the fueling wont be as close to perfect you can still get a neer enough target but she be a tat rich everywhere , do you have a gcc ???

  6. i am a bit confused reading all ( not english native ) what i can make out refit a good untouched 4efe dizzy and make sure ecu temp sensor is connected and it chould fire up ecu temp sensor and dodgy dizzy is about it why it wont fire up umless you molested the wiring ???????
  7. there specific for pfc very hard to get mate open up your pfc on see whats written on the white sticker inside on the rom.chip E304 needs map sensor e3112 doesnt need a map sensor ( my nr might be of but its always 4 diggits )
  8. not really after like the 10 cranks you did ther in the vid it should be full pressure in the system thats a big problem you have there might aswell rip off sump and sheck if pick up isnt blocked either still try the 4e ecu back and 4efe dizzy its probly the pinouts that are diferent then the 4efe ecu will run the 5e on startup no bother al them problems ( not the oil ) look like there becouse of wrong ecu
  9. first generation 5e ecu runs on external coil dont it so refit 4e ecu and 4e dizzy she will fire up oil pick ups arnt the same dont mix them up think the 5e is oval/square and 4e round ???? could be blocked oil passage so i would take oil filter off and oil pump drain oil and blow out them holes with air compressor and fit an oil pressure tester where the exhaust mani is to be safe !!!

  11. any universal alignment tool will do the job also if you havent the tool you can improvise with a ratched extension bar and some tape it works to

  14. if you cant get sorted go scrappy and buy any 4efe for its crank they go cheap
  15. so your car was just boiling not good for headgasket if it got to hot if you have the old 1 take it with they can check size or look up on the PC

  17. ha yep the 2 ct9 water pipes forgotten about those :( take out the termostat and replace it also do a matrix flush it might be blocked cant be much else really
  18. our system is self bleeding mate after running hot let her cool down top up more you sure you put the pipes back on the right nipples there is 4 little pipes on the tb 2 water 2 vacuum dont get them mixed or is it another pipe ??? but there al big pipes

  20. 350/400euros in budget/speriuos parts if you go tooyota and get al new parts it could be 800/900euros
