  3. thats how far i got today made some progress today al bearings in yay happy days no way i am doing 2 boxes in 1 month bwhaaa fucking cunt of a job i forgotten how annoying it is and rookie mistakes made being so long ago sinds i did 1 ha ha opened the box 3 times in total improvised bearing press
  4. wel got the input shaft bearing rear done used the tripot on the 3rd gear hub it worked happy days but fuck it no joy on the output shaft i clamp on the gear under the bearing to help push it of but it wint budge think i need a much heavier puller !!!! and bar or get specialist puller for the groove on the bearing bottom pic is of the fucker that wont come off

  7. yes very possible indeed i ran oem topmounts o0n the teins and d2 polos and rx7 al you need to do is take of camber mount / plate and slot on the oem 1 """ THO """" you might have to use a 2mm spacer depending on the top cup size if your stuck just ask as i do a lot of this on the diy coil#s i do

  10. so going to rebuild this here c52 got few new parts for it so going to do it the next few days if the weather stays good any easy tips on cleaning the outside of the box lads ??? i bought the alu paint for it but theres lots of backed on ancient dirt and grease
  11. could you take a side on pic of the car so we can see ?? as its a 5 door and a tat heavier rear end so that might be why ?? also there ep82 springs and ep91 when there swaped then some go higher and some lower dunno wich way round tho !!!
  12. there not al going to be same each sheet if specked to a set of pistons get your machinist to measure them before he bores block he will bore each 1 then to the piston spec and mark the pistons

  21. what i mean is like in other boxes non external lets say the c160 comes lsd but its internal and fits right in the starlet box theres more out there that fit in there theres 6 and 8 bolt diffs/lsd i think any 8 bolt for c series fits ( non viscous models )
  22. no sorry the oem lsd dif wont work in a starlet turbo box c52/56
