sweet same 1 as timd will have to source a 500 to confirm al the combos we have also the 4cm turbos al have a bigger 14t and the 6cm al have a 13t you have the proppeler still there from the 600 ?? -
stop bouncing it of the limiter ha ha ha swap out the map sensor to see if its a dodgy sensor if not probly ecu related

deffo worth it wait for jezzas kit im a test fitter on them right now al good so far

dont bother with front only as it will induce understeer if going hard my car is solid on the rear and soft ish on the front handles perfect also has to do with drinking style i mean driving style ha ha

very goood plan do al the handling and brakes first then go poooower i did it the wrong way round and has cost me plenty of parts !!!

ya man 4 cm housing so that a 49135-04500 you have there ?? did you drive this turbo whats spool like compared to us on the 6cm housings are you going to open it ?? if so measure the inducer and exducer of the compressor wheeel if you can ?? see if its same on us 6cm boys virtual credits added :) ha ha that housing does look A LOT narrower very curious about this performing at the stock limiter -
YES/no the bolt going tru the arb is 1mm to big you need to file the arb for a mm or so so the bolt gose tru it then its a perfect fit there bettwer then starlet links anyways got them for 16euros in local factors but there cheaper on egay if you search a bit

spray lots of wd40 an leave then metal hammer and usse common sense in the power you use but just tap it off take some pics of the exhaust housing ( nrs ) -
wheelbearings / balljoints / wishbone bushes / inner,outer ty rods / rak / cullum knuckel and play in shock topmounts al affect steering feel

yes i get it i am on a stock ish engine at 1.1/1.2bar its so much more driveable then a tdo4 round town tdhs is faster ha ha im happy the turbo is suiting you well just perfectly sized

238 ??? something not right there i would expect more but still 1.4bar under 3500rpm is very good going expecially with the monster intake torque torque

tfo landed the 1 i got few weeks back is in much much better condition so going to use that 1 on my car and use this new tfo to make the td/tf hybrid also my new exhaust gasket landed in the shop 21euros not bad as there not available in ireland of the shelf tomorow my wurth inserts arrive so i can fix my head sick of getting gasses to death every time i boost hard

i would also like to find out between the 13t and 14t size if anyone has any links to it as im running into dead ends about that info take pictures of the exhaust housing where it connects to the v band timd
