  18. timing looks good to me kid take out the in cam and use a flat head screwdriver to retension the cog and fit a matching drill bit in the service hole

  22. must be still air in it then if its still spongy ( if it was not before conversion ) are you doing the old fasioned way or with hand pump ? best method is by foot pedal
  23. its only the main shaft count that differes the hub side is always 23
