Aquaplaning help

I've found my glanza aquaplanes alot is this a commen problem as the cars are light or is it my wheel/tyre choice or could it be my alignment?

I've got 15 x 7 rota grid wheels with toyo t1r tyres cars all standard other then that.

Any help is much appreciate

T1rs are pretty shit tyres to start with

T1r's are shocking in the wet.

Try uniroyal rains sports instead

Will be the tyres. Mine aquaplaned like mad with 5mm+ left on t1r's was like driving on ice

As above, T1R's are good in the dry only. Horrible tyres in even the slightest of conditions.

Yep t1r's are definitely the problem, terrible tyres in the wet and on track

Rainsports are fab in the wet, I didn't experience any aquaplaning at all driving through great big puddles at speed on mway

Cheers for all the help whats the differents between rainsport 2 and 3's?

Just googled them and both show up.

I noticed my car aquaplaned more after i fitted an anti lift kit

Rainsport 2 are the older ones, they last 2 x as long in my experience, but I'd think as they're discontinued you'd struggle to find them?

Might be best to avoid anyway if they've been sat in a warehouse for years.
