Had a great weekend at round 3 woodbridge with the TSS , only managed a 4th place finish but hopefully with the ultra racing H brace fitted and suspension and camber/toe settings looked at should be a better position for round 4! pictures to follow shortly....

Sounds good mate!!

Is the sprint series expensive and can/has the car got to be road legal??

Its £120 sign on per season £20 for IOPD licence , £70 for each event ( 6 in total ) then tires, wear and tear, parts braking ,crash damage etc etc. Car is road legal but is getting more and more track orientated so will be coming off the road if it gets anymore extreme lol. Car has to be on road legal tyres and car has to be road legal with MOT.

doesn't look like you are running a rear anti role bar? also that setup looks quite soft, does it produce much understeer?

good results though, shame about the damage... but i supose it's all part and parcel of doing a sprint series

It has not got a rear ARB no , couldnt afford one this season with everything else needed. It used to understeer loads on the shitty TRD coilies now have BC sports coilovers and their the daddy! Got a H brace for the front coming soon. Have been running soft at the last two events due to pikey spec rough tracks hense the extra body roll...Needs corner weighting now though as its miles out job for next week i think!

Cheers for comments guys

ah trust me mate get a adjustable rarb you wont believe the difference they make! it will handle like a dream.

also click the damp adjustments like 15 clicks from soft that to will make a huge amount of difference and shouldn't effect the ride much at all.

good luck with the races to come :D

Looks good mate :D I did Barkston Heath in the lexus last year and loved it to bits, ideally suited for a small car though as its almost a go kart track :D That was the day that i decided to go for the starlet engine into the buggy in fact, After seeing Bazza's little GT rocket about.

Keep the updates and pictures coming and good luck with the rest of the TSS. :D

Jason :p

They were only 6 clicks off hard in that photo , i started the day on hard and it felt like they were coming through the bonnet lol. I am looking to get a rear whiteline ARB kit i have heard good things about them.

Cheers matey :D
