SiCaln
Productive last few weeks, changed to Pagid discs and Rodder's pads - only to find out my rear right calliper had seized - this has now been changed for a refurbed item, which looked far too clean, so I have had to paint all four of them matt black now to compensate! Handbrake has been adjusted again so all good. This week, droplinks have been changed, brakes have been re-bled and I have fitted the tow strap, all my jobs are done, inc. 4 coats of wax on my wheels! Only problem is now, one of my wheels was leaking, so took it into the garage that fitted it and haven't got it back yet, so have not had a chance for a fresh road test or clean up of the paint work sigh. Nearly there.
SiCaln
It may just be a bit of under-bonnet bling, but that crackle paint black looks sweet with that crackle paint red cam cover

SiCaln
Little amend to this motor, took the chrome inserts out of the lights and sprayed them black, as with the american turbo version, quite like the look - will get better pics once new bulbs are fitted - OSRAM Nightbreaker Unlimited all round Al also helped me to defog them with the 3M headlight kit, massive improvement to look and light Also have a clutch and lightened flywheel being delivered today, destroyed the last one at t'Ring this year
SiCaln
Happy Meal fitted - Happy Simon achieved Very impressed with the quicker pick up and almost instant clutch feel, I highly recommend Skuzzle Motorsport, the time it took him to complete the job was phenomenal
SiCaln
Few new bits have arrived, one of these More a style bar than full roll cage, but more purposeful looking than the roll hoops and should add some rigidity - going to need to do a bit of work to get some speakers in the parcel shelf rather than on the soundbar. May need a bit off fettling to work with a rear window, should be ok though. Also got these to help my aging shoulders when going for the seat belts lol http://www.carbonmiata.com/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=142 Edited November 25, 2014 by SiCaln

SiCaln
Few lil jobs done since fitted the Racing Beat Sway bar brace kit, nice simple fix and I do believe it makes a difference. I managed to source a Autoexe Ram Air Intake system very cheap, so snapped it up on Yahoo, it was missing a right bend hose, so am waiting for that to arrive but have bodged a Samco hose on til it gets here. This is what it should look like: I know complaints have been that on that side of the bay there is no air flow, so i remedied that with the Dremel. Neatened up now, and moved the coolant reservoir to the other side of the bay. But it looks like this at the moment, should have the elbow this week and then all done Sounds really smart, seems to increase the pick-up in the lacking mid-range too.
