Never bother with clay. Used it once, took forever and made little difference...

Meguiars compound cutter

Meguiars carnauba wax... All I've ever needed for amazing results lol

Clay works amazingly well on cars that haven't been maintained to a very high standard

Fav Polish -> Cherry Glaze

Fav Wax -> Distinction

Fav Clay - AB's soft clay

No bias then :p

Favourite Clay - Bilt Hamber - Awesome value for money and no need for a lube

Favourite Polish - I have to agree Cherry glaze if doing by hand

Favourite Wax - Harly Wax - Massive tub and works great or Dodo Juice-Purple Haze

Usually use

autoglym ultra deep shine.

Extra gloss protection.

Currently using meguiars and find it really hard to get to come up aswel.

But longest lasting finish I've had was last year had the car mopped with g3 or 3m compond then poilished with meguiars then finished with autoglym HD wax. Car still beads up when i wash it and I've only polished it 2 times in a year!

Nope, seriously tho tried lots of stuff and in terms of value for money this is untouchable (IMO)

£85 is expensive for a 200ml pot of wax though (IMO)

I use meguiars quick detailer and clay bar, comes up a treat. Followed by auto glym super resin polish.

I'm deffo not an expert at detailing though but for a noob, I found this pretty quick with good results.

Always going to use a clay bar from now on, you can see and feel the difference in your paintwork straight away.
