bdmx748 Posted February 5, 2013 Author Share Posted February 5, 2013 this was the car hours after i got it first mods i done was removed the HRF front bumper and fitted a oem bumper, fitted amber indicators and painted the wheels white then it was time to remove the engine and get it rebuilt and it looked like this after the rebuild then time to build the car back up and that was it for a while and now I've had the rocker cover redone Quote Link to post Share on other sites

bdmx748 Posted February 5, 2013 Author Share Posted February 5, 2013 well its just laying there if anyone wants to make me an offer lol I've just pulled it out the garage after it being tucked away since September but when i pulled it out the other day and there's something wrong it i have an engine managment light on and it wont rev past 4k rpm, its fine bellow 4k but when i try rev past it i just get loud pops and bangs with black smoke and a strong smell of fuel so im going to find out what the code is tomorrow when i have daylight. my plans this year is to get the following ramhorn manifoldgarrett gt283" full exhaust systemdecent engine managementget a set of toyo r888's for the rota wheels i recently got for itdo something with the gearbox because before i took it of the road second gear started crunching slightly Quote Link to post Share on other sites

Hahawell I've just got a new dizzy cap and rotor arm so al put that on tomorrow n give it a try but if i have no luck il swap u the bumper is needing a sand down and re-paint, thats the reason i took it off Quote Link to post Share on other sites
