Sefton-EP91
I took the trip up to tuning developments again today to have my car mapped on the Td300 turbo. A couple of other bits were done aswell thanks to nick and Mike. The dipstick tube was secured properly as it was loose, clutch pedal has been adjusted and I can honestly say it feel 95% better! And the alternator belt was replaced also! Then the mapping happened.. Loaded her onto the dyno and started to add the boost and about 1hour or so later we was complete with a figure! She hit the magical 300 which is what I wanted! 300.9hp with 280ftlb of torque. The car feels totally different to drive now, it has so much more low down torque than the previous turbo even at spring pressure (0.8bar).This was all done in perfect time, I have a local car show to go to tomorrow so when I got home I started to clean her! Sefton-EP91
Done a oil change yesterday! I Got the Fuchs Titan GT1 on offer from opie oils. I was using the 10-60 millers but the car doesn't see any track action so I'm now using the 5-40 fully synthetic. Done at 163530km

Sefton-EP91
Small update ... As a few of you may have seen I have sold my Rota GT3's to make space for something else, i got a set of rota track r's. They are very simalar to the gt3 but more spokes and in my opinion the better looking wheel. I paid a very good price for the track r's hence why I brought them but they needed abit of work to the polished lip as they were starting to corrode under the lacquer. I decided i was going to do the work myself, rather than pay someone else! They were all in the same condition so all required work. After many hours of stripping the lacquer back (ROTA USE ALOT OF LACQUER) using nothing but nitromors and sand paper and a lot of effort, starting at 60 and working my way through, 60, 100, 150, 600, 800, 1200, 2000 grit. I finished all 4 wheels and now they all look like this ... I will be fitting them to the glanza tomorrow or Thursday so I'll post pictures once fitted! Sefton-EP91
I managed to get the track r's fitted on Thursday and managed to give the glanza a wash, Polish and wax! This is the best picture i got so ... I'm happy with how it looks but want to maybe space the the front 10-15mm and the rears 15-20mm. Ideally want to bring the wheels flush with the arches I've also realised a knocking noise coming from the front end of the car which looks as if it could be the rear engine mount, so I'm going to replace all the bushes in due course! Engine mounts Arb bushes Wishbone bushes (front and rear) Ball joints Tie rods Track rod ends Drop links (may invest in a white line arb for the whole kit) More updates soon! Sefton-EP91
Updates seem to go off track a little for a second.. I was suffering with really bad brake fade and couldn't wait any longer for some k-sports! So, Last month I managed to pick up a WMS 4pot brake kit with ferodo ds2500 pads, 277mm discs and braided brake lines from uzzy, some small problems to start off with e.g. Bleed nipples were all rounded, small scuff on one of the calipers! So I ordered a new set of bleed nipples, the day they arrived I set at fitting them onto my car! Not much of a photo but you get the idea! I'm still not 100% whether these will be staying as I'm more sided towards a set of k-sports! I think when funds allow I'll get some k-sports!
