symoep91
I've stripped out the rear seats etc of my glanza? But I never thought it would be as loud lolAnd although it's not starting to get to my head just yet. Does anybody have any ideas about soundproofing it? As I do like the 'look' of it. Thanks in advance John
Chris Green
Check out Motion's build thread in the EP91 section. He has a false floor fitted to his, which I'm guessing would reduce the noise a bit.
symoep91
Thanks Chris

symoep91
Just exhaust that's pretty much all u can hear, was going to try insulation behind plastics as I've heard it takes a bit of the noise out. Thinking its worth a try anyway Thanks John
TurboTobz
You could always get one of them exhaust flaps that you can open up fully when you want to hear it close it slightly if you wanted it quiet...
Flynn
I just got sick of thinking that the sound of that stone ringing round my arch was probably something falling off!Its great being stripped rite out when when your in the mood but as a daily, with a passenger you actually want to talk to.......it wasn't for me!Plus its cold as shit in there this time of year! Zeldoz
I remember in my old EP91 N/A i stripped it. The thing was like a freezer first thing in the morning. Plus, heat seemed to just escape so easily when it was stripped! I hated it, but loved it. Love hate!

morgey
Do like modern cars do, get some of the carpet stuff they line the arches with on the outside will reduce a lot of road noise. Then a false floor should help with the rest.
