daniel_g
They are not that laggy ebc help alot my mate's spools really quick with a lighter flywheel toYeah i know when i ran TD04 on my old GT i was getting 1 bar @ 3.4K RPM. Fairly small intercooler core, sort intercooler pipes, heatwrapped exhaust & manifold and an AVCR. wasnt mapped was on a Mines P&P, also had stock box & flywheel. Also a TD04 wont tail off at high RPM like a CT9 will. Yeah an EWG will pretty much eliminate boost creep, especially when twinned with a good EBC and set up right

Gainzy
An EBC is an awesome mod, totally transforms the car, one of the best mods i did on the GTI've been looking into g reddy one's but to run 1.1 on my blitz don't think it's worth the .1 of a bar lol but I agree to buy one if your using a bigger turbo
fordie_glanzaV
I was worried about the lag when going to td04.All u gotta do is drive it couple of times and ull soon adapt your driving style to counter act the lag.
LukeColby
Defo sounds like its worth doing it just get everything ready befor e.g brakes etc
jimmymac101
You don't have to send mega bucks on brakes ( Willwoods, ksport ) decent discs and pads will be good until you go power hunting with forged engine ect James

daniel_g
even if you're running a 1 one bar spring and want to run 1bar boost, the ebc will control the boost much better than just the spring aloneAbsolutely, boost comes on so much stronger and a few RPM earlier, holds it stable, wont creep or spike when set right. Arnold
Another plus with TD04 which i'm not sure has been mentioned is my car is more economical, as it's easier to keep off boost.
Ollieh17
Agree with arnold. With a ct9 i struggled to get 120 miles to £25, then tf035 around 130miles. So far best with a td04 is 150miles

Ollieh17
On the motorway td04 is alot more efficient than a ct9. Proof is in the miles

I'm just saying there is alot to take into consideration between the ct9/td04 fuel economy pending on how you drive the car it's not really a reason to go td04. As much as we all hate tractors there becoming better more efficiant cars/ I would shit money if I owned one lol
Ollieh17
may not be a reason to you but may be a big positive for someone who commutes on a roads/motorways regualrly etc
