Socks Posted October 31, 2014 Posted October 31, 2014 Me and Aaddzz123 chased a stock mr2 turbo... His GT was TD04'd at the time running gate pressure (0.6bar) was exactly the same..... 0-120mph.... There fast cars! The 3sgte is not an engine to underestimate! Quote

daniel_g Posted October 31, 2014 Posted October 31, 2014 Two of my mates have moved on from turbo starlets to MR2 turbos. Both pretty stock rev 3s. They are nice cars but really depends on the setup.Certain he said 1.9 barIf it is 1.9 bar then youve had it mate, but surely its gotta be forged and running a different turbo to push that boost ? The standard turbos in MR2s couldnt handle that pressure. Quote
