I have the same catch can as you but I have problems fitting it up because my dump valve points straight towards to it and it's on the way. decdd19 Posted March 8, 2016 Author Share Posted March 8, 2016 been a while since i updated this nothing to exciting has gone own but got to the bottom of a pain stakingly stupid abs issue which i think the two front abs sensors were causing the hassle picked up a few little bits blue battery clamp , moman dials, clear cam cover and a varis front bumper picked up a lot of silly parts just to finish it off and get it ready for test have to get a windscreen a drivers side mirror and car tracked and should be test ready new polybush exhaust hanger bushes fitted also had rocker coversmoothened and polished probably done a few other bits since then its off for paint again ha going to get a 98 spec uncut bumper or tidy cut one and have the livesports lip fitted to that as i can run that bumper and lip with s bonnet and varis front bumper and bonnet either (nice to have choice ) completly put the inside of the carback together and brought the car for its first proper long drive last night and all temperatures seem spot on been a while since i drove one and my god have i missed it there great little cars even with standard ct9 on it ha also welded a crack in my manifold still no sign of my wepr one anyone know for certain if all glanzas came with electronic air bags?? i have no airbag ecu or airbag wiring on loom? but could have been removed by previous owner? have stumbled across and old post by corofin saying some of the early 97 glanzs had the mechanical bag? i have fitted a mechanical bag and have never had a light on on the dash think i might just chance it for test few pics as always ha Quote Link to post Share on other sites
decdd19 Posted March 22, 2016 Author Share Posted March 22, 2016 little update got my hands on my new hella horns and i think they look the business yellow outer ring with inner blue ring work in perfect with the car an the bay and just look mean behind the bumper (if it wasnt butchered ) will get a few better pics the weekend in lightgot a new windscreen and need to collect a few more silly bits for test but gor good news the weekend as my wepr kit is complete so hopefully will be with me soon need to get my hands on a wastegate and tubby and get ready for new headaches Quote Link to post Share on other sites

decdd19 Posted April 8, 2016 Author Share Posted April 8, 2016 so update at last ha wepr manifold has arrived an its utter porn :cheers: :cheers: bought a new tial wastegate off tuning developments in blue of course got a 1 way valve for breather off fuel tank replaced my top mounts due to a rock in them handbrake cables replaced and a few other bits that have seen a good few late nights the last week to have it ready for test tonight sadly it failed emissions on high idle 0.63 shouldnt be over 0.30 perfect on low idle , lambda and ppm thinking exhaust leek but cant see really where as exhaust is mint an well sealed but only thinking when i got home is the spark plugs have never been changed so that might be the problem?? also need to get an engineers report for the front and rear arb and brackets holding on front calipers other then that she was spot on even on the airbag situation :cheers: slightly raging that i wont get to fit manifold set up just yet got a bit carried away with pictures ha Quote Link to post Share on other sites
