jellybaby
IAmCurrently bidding on a item on eBay but the seller who I will not name has a tendency of ending the auction early if it don't hit what he looking for. He don't makeA reserve price etc so ATMI am the highest bidder and it got a few days left to run but have a feeling he will end it before the end. Where do I stand with eBay ? because I reckon he will make someCock and bull story in why he canceled it ie listed it wrong which we all is wrong
adzy
I'm not sure but this seems to be happening more now! A mate won a bid for a full fiesta St wiring loom brand new for £10 on ebay, paid and all, and shortly after got a refund for some stupid reason. It was £800 new from ford. Seems a bit unfair the way people can do that

macD
The seller has the right to end auction at any time due to items being for sale else where etc

Jhandy
I think they can only end it early. If they have stated it advertised elsewhere. Otherwise they are breaking eBay rules I'm sure

jellybaby
I understand if there was a error etc that's fine it just when u bid and it not listed as for sale else where etc then u the highest bidder with a reasonable bid then wam off it goes.
