*Pete*
Bit late but update time! So put my MR2 seats in this one. However, I changed how the seat belt buckle is mounted to make the belt more comfortable and stop it scraping the centre trim. I straightened the bracket out, marked it out drilled holes and cut the excess off. I got rid of the mounting brackets where the bracket use to go and then painted to stop it rusting. *Pete*
the wheels suit the car colour a treat. How`d you fit the mr2 seats? onto standard rails? and what year etc... please elaborate Their from the sw20 mr2 so the years around the 90s. I had spare set of starlet rails from my white sr which I was breaking at the time. I had cut the mounts off the mr2 seats and the rails are the same width. As I had the shell of the sr I had stripped the interior so I could bolt the seat mounts in place then weld the rails to the mounts. If you look in the first post of this thread I have a link to my second starlet build which has the pictures of it all.

Exhaust is getting done tomorrow in time for fast show sunday
*Pete*
Update over the last couple of weeks, so the week before fastshow I had my own club monthly meet so had cleaned polished and waxed the car. Then caught this photo:Now time for that exhaust to be done. done it Thrusday but then adjusted by adding back in the a bit of the standard exhaust that is still straight through just to quiet it a little as I don't like pissing the neighbors off.Can see the difference in standard to the modded one.To get the tip how I wanted I had the glanza bumper to make it allAdding in the straight through bit from the standard exhaustIf you were wondering how I got the exhaust to sit in the right place!Cleaned the interior and wiped over all the plastics and glass polished the inside of the windows. The this weekend after fastshow which it was very muddy and slippery for club stands, at one point had it completely sideways at just 5 mph. Light car with wide tyres bad combo for driving on that! Finished the the frame of the flat floor off made the mounting points to bolt it into the car as the green one has gone to scrap now but also cleaned the arches and got my old wheels cleaned and polished ready for Japfest and going on track there! and painted the drums also need to give some attention to the rear wheel bearings which I'll do saturday before Japfest.Little before:And after:This was behind one of the front arches so clean that outta there! So when I make mistakes I normally admit to them and this one of them with having the exhaust on and off a couple of times I either forgot to plug it in or didn't push it in properly and its been melted on the exhaust... Its fine I just grabbed one of the spares I have and bolted it in and made sure it was connected. Benefit to having spare parts Picture with the old wheels on: Better News! I am getting my glanza rear bumper, side skirts and SR spoiler sprayed next month!

Dansstarlet1996
Yea that'd be sweet man, be nice to get some NA figures as I haven't seen as many as glanzas and GTs
*Pete*
Yea that'd be sweet man, be nice to get some NA figures as I haven't seen as many as glanzas and GTs If you look on the leader board you can see my old SR that made 86.1HP 126NM torque which was just a corolla mani with a mr2 throttle which the manifold was made to fit. Missed fueled, all over the place but had peak torque at 2300 RPM so was nice a grunt in the lower revs
