Alex_EP91
Hello to all! I think I should start with a introduction to myself as I haven't posted much on the site. I have owned aGlanza for the past 2 years and I has been a great car overall. I had big plans for it but recently I noticed a small rust patch above the driver side skirt and upon further investigation the whole outer sill was gone behind the side skirt and the inner sill was completely rotten also. I didn't want to repair it so I decide to reshell. So I was on the lookout for another shell when this popped up. A fresh import EP95 3 Door, Manual and in black. I didn't want to miss out on it so I bought it straight away. Picked the car up mid November and quickly stored it away in a garage, then the v5 never turned up until January. in that time I had managed to gather a few parts for the car mainly some EP95 specific MiesterR coilovers and some Enkei RPF1 wheels. Also got most of the body parts to make it into a Glanza including a genuine Cruise bonnet and a genuine Varis spoiler. I have more parts but will post them as I fit them to the car. Last weekend I got the car insured and took it into work to fit the coilovers, wheels and start to underseal the car as I don't want this one to rot. I got some covers for the coilovers and a carbing 3 point front strut brace also. Difference between the Meisters and Stock. Undersealed and coilover fitted. Front brace fitted. Back on the wheels! Need to get the suspension and tracking set up and need to modify the panhard rod so that I can lower the back some more. I plan to turbo the car in the future so I am going to use my Glanza as a donor car for the build and hopefully make enough back from the other parts on the Glanza to build a new Forged engine for this car. Here's a few more pictures of the car in the daylight, Hope everyone likes the car so far and I look forward to any comments anyone has. Thanks for looking!
Scoobysvx
Great start mate! Sounds like it'll be quite the car when your done, are you planning on running it with the stock 4efte first or are you going straight in with the forged lump?

EP70-PT
96 is the best front end imo... 98 looks too ricey...
mart1
96 and I like the colour of the spoiler
Dale SR
Car looks great. I would go for the 98 spec bumper. If you want to sell the wee starlet badge on your ep95 front grill I'll have it
Alex_EP91
Think I'm going to go for the 96, prefer it anyways just need to try find a front lip.
EP70-PT
The starlet badge could go on the glanza bumper
Dale SR
The starlet badge could go on the glanza bumper No no, It would look much better on my SR haha
Pikey009
Awesome mate. Go for an SR 4wd turbo ;) that's what I planned when I had mine. Will still be a sleeper of it looks like a glanza though I guess.
Alex_EP91
Not updated this for a while, started stripping the glanza for any parts that I need. Decided to just swap the dashboard with loom and the engine loom into the 4wd as it seems the easiest way to do the conversion. I have the cars side by side so progress should happen pretty quick now. Also got my Trd cluster face fitted while the clocks were out.Should have some more updates soon. Alex_EP91
Got some more done today, got the dark grey rear plastics cleaned and fitted, think the look so much better than the light coloured ones. Also got the recaro rear seats fitted, had to retrim the lower bench as the mounting points are different.Picked up a rocker cover with an fittings welded on at japfest from Johnny on here.Going to start removing the engine from the 4wd starlet tomorrow should have some more updates then.
