Clinternational
Working power window on my ep70/>http://youtu.be/e6QVfGeP0lMEcu mod with another crystal. 8000 RPM but useless as the timing is incorrect./>http://youtu.be/hPJIglzYlwoPulling up. Few years ago. with my EP82 car weighted 1970lbs Did race against an seat ibiza cupra R with 2.0 liter 16 valve and weight 2400 pounds. It was een draw ( not shown on movie. ) Later when i installed NOS 35bhp nozzle. I got wheelspin in 1st gear until 4th gear with 14 inch rim tyre 185/50/14 tire. The other time i used NOS my clutch slipped it was new so where the pressure plate.. It turned blue So i've bought TRD 212mm clutch and TRD pressure plate. So in an need for an 4efte flywheel. Also im working on an Custom supercharger! With an Garret AR70 Housing. 61mm inducer. 82mm exducer. But i have to lower my compression, Did an compression test and every cilinder had about the 13 bar (188 psi ) of pressure, Stock is 9.5 bar. ( 137 psi )/>http://youtu.be/GXYYBph-zkwabout 8 seconds to 60mph my mr2 3SGE did the same lol

Clinternational
Thanks for the reply's, SiCaln: Thanks Those bushing are indeed rock solid, I don't have a clue how the comfort will be haha. That's why i choose custom coilovers for the front. Spring rate has to be kept low for comfort, also an oem shock is needed for this.Front springs are 200LBS and 8 inch long. I also got 300lbs laying arround. But when an swaybar is also added, spring rate will change because the swaybar forces the wisebone to go down because of its tension. Still got 1 TRD rubber in both wisebone On the rear i also used oem fixed springs and shocks, Don't like a bumpy ride because most aftermarket coilover kits are about 4 / 6 kgf. I will drive this car on public road so i really wanna know how the car handles. Taggy: Thanks , I like to change everything hihi. I always got new ideas. Really would like to know how strong the 2E-E engine is . also means it can be blown haha. But then i'll move on the my other engine ideaToo high i asume ?Fixed3 plates, Left EP9 middle TRD EP82 Right EP70I choosed the left one it's flatt, The other ones are higher. almost 1 inch diffrentLeft spring EP9 Right spring EP70 No diffrent in here, Only the rust and construction year.Going to get this cooler shorter to fit the EP70 in the future. Handmade in the UK All lock/key holes, window wiper hole, are closed they've been welded, doors also.

Clinternational
Back again, had some weird problems getting on the forum. Do not know why! kinda strange. Tried it with IE and Chrome and firefox but non worked. Thanks for the reply's Tailgate in the primer New carpet more primer Playing with pipes. Yeej got an 4efte flywheel from somebody here @ forum. Thanks! ( rare here in NL ) As my other flywheel was 4.7 kilo machined down.Ii left this one at stock weight. Duo to the loss of RPMAs i shift the car, it came under its powerband. Instead of making the car more revvier&faster it became out slower lol. So it had only disadvantages. As it was extremly nervous. 212mm flywheel mounted & TRD clutch and TRD pressure plate as the oem clutch was only burning up Flex exhaust piece ( reinforced ) Having some trouble fitting the 2E-E engine duo to a fail engine bracket. Its not straight.Solved the problem by receiving another engine bracket the one in the tunnel. And for the offset a cast one off an 1E engine. for the timingbelt side. Some new oil that loves high RPM The hotter the oil, the easier to shift. Welding the flex ss piece between the pipes Making my own silencer again from SS, drilling more then 400 holes. Kinda idiot Welding an AEM uego bung/nut onto the exhaust pipe. Some thermotec wrapping Look at the holes pffff darn that did take some time All SS so last forever i asume. Complete exhaust with T piece mounted. For exhaust gas valve Exhaust onder the car, There is a steel simons silencer added & Volkswagen Golf 3 end silencer fitted. Normally there aint space for a regular silencer i created some space for this.Banging with an hamer Vacuum controlled exhaust valve, At wide open intake throttle the exhaust valve is also wide open. And the exhaust gasses makes a shortcut. Is controllable the hose that's controlles the actuator can be set on/off with a ball valve. Exhaust tip. 1/8npt into mocal oil sandwichplate Some extraordinary oil coolingdevice with special clamps Home made display holder. Display's measure Oil en water temp digital. New spark plugs from japan. BPR 7EY 2 degree colder, and adjusted the gap from 0.8 to 0.4. ( engine runs much better especially at low RPM, respons is quicker! ) Custom underbrace. ( lowerarm bar) Weld it when it was under the car with an 360degree disc so both sides got the same degree. Custom top brace. Wiper arms were very ugly and rusted. Cleaned them, spray into 2 layers anti-roest, and then 6 layers of sprayputty then 3 layers matt black Fixed the headlights, duo to damaged chrom layer, MOT = wrong light reflection. New layer + some extra wool on my door and rear panels Other color for the turn signal in the bumper Car in the primer Coated the thingy with sky leather. Coated the other thingy into matt Modified the grill Plug and play, had 3 bags. total 15 male and 15 female. Used them almost all. Elektric window plugs Sky leather on the door Switch out of UK mounted into the thingy Coated the bottom with this kit pistol on air Door panel lights Some party leds Mounted the brace for the oil catch can. Extra leds Fan was going to die, weird noises! Had an renault twingo fan laying arround. Golf 3 wing cut in 2 pieces for fitting on my starlet Made a new brace for my battery Winding copper Fitting the copper into this pipe, Coolermaster aero 7 of my old computer. This one blows very hard, and cools the water running thru it. For my water injection More to come!

Clinternational
Thanks you all for the replys. The car needs a colour, 1 window needs film, 2 other seats, they are granma hight and looking for an turbo right know.Want to archive 200HP out of a stock 2E-E engine.Waterinjection will help me to get rid of detonation and heat!.Don't wanna try NOS then when the turbo is mounted hihi. What i remember is, that my engine is still alive after nos. +- 35hp gain. So im mounting an turbo to get always 35hp gain. The engine can be blown but i don't care for that. Ending up with an hole in the piston, or broken crank, rods,The pistons won't melt i hope. Engine had only +- 60.000 miles so it's fresh i quess any of you have a 4efte map sensor laying arround ??And or an budget turbo ?

Clinternational
Well time for an update. And thanks for the response Water injector nozzle. Hot rust spot. Removed all the rust and coated it, then add a new clip for the window frame. Door cardridge complete I needed to fix the chrome in my headlight and added an led strip into it. The cornerlights glow and also blink for direction. As my previous experiance was that the rubber seal from the central door locking motor easily breaks. Then it's able for water to get between it and malfunction the motor and unlocking. Also with cold weather it freezes. So fixed this. Want to keep my door panels in good order, if they get wet they mold, . plastic bag was too much work. As this is easier. Wiper and stuff Kill switch. to activate another batterie. Because all key locking has been removed. If the primairy batterie fails during winter or something else, i can activate the secondary batterie. Some wiring. With easy terminals There is coming another fire extinguisher on the other side, And first aid kit. Car Going change the plates to another location. It's really ugly yellow plates.Still need tint the rear window.
