Thanks Anderson 👍👍👍 Had a good testing day at a trackday which was great craic. Plenty of logging and data to trawl through after the event. Phil

Full soft with plenty of travel be ideal for the road (northern Irish roads anyways) Full hard in the dry in track 6clicks from full hard in the wet on track Though have a play front and rear see what you fancy most Tyres pressures totally dependant on tyre type and usuage Phil

Good man Fire us all up some pics of your motor Phil

Look forward to see what parts appear Phil

Cheers Anderson Scrutiny Chicane That wrapped up the class championship Only two outings left on the calendar - and they are both non competitive so I better not blow a box Phio

Few mistakes in that run for sure Too Little revs off the line / gear missed / too hot into the final chicane But did knock some time off later In the day Using a blitz active kit (identical to a Orc309) Phil

Is the wheel size change a comman change in class two? Know you've plenty of background experience so keen to learn from your setup Phil

It's still road legal so tax insured mot'd and has to keep full interior for the road legal MSA class Which is handy if I do decide to nip somewhere in it or if I need to get some work or mapping looked at I can still head down the open road But on the day it's trailer there and back just incase it should have an issue Phil

Not sure if it's the right answer for everyone but I was in a similar position and decided that instead of waiting for the odd day of good weather when I was free... I would change the use of the car For me it's been a positive change i think. And even with a young family now I'm still using it the odd weekend More isolated bigger events rather than the normal regular use. Won't work for everyone But 3/4 tanks of petrol in a month blasting about in the evenings is as expensive as one trackday or Hillclimb/sprint All depends on what you have time for Phil

Thanks Anderson Will update next week all being well Last event of the year on sat Phil

Yes def have it somewhere Give me till after the weekend to find it Phil

Also be interested in what you plan to remove in terms of weight saving also Something I need to look into myself Phil

Funny seeing his thread again My opinion has changed quite abit. I'm stil with R1r for the road and 888 if your looking to push on. For the track I'd say the nankang ar1 must be interesting but from the standard list 1b fast road tyres I'd say you would struggle to beat a maxsports rb5 f3 in soft in a short time attack/Hillclimb/sprint style event. Not as hard to balance as I'd been warned and great in the damp/wet so long as not through standing water Phil
