  1. Could be because they wanted to replace them with the all new Yaris.
  2. Welcome too the forums Mike! Hopefully you get a sale on here EDIT: Just to let you know, we do need pictures on a For Sale post. You can make a free account on a site like Photobucket, upload the pictures on there, and then link them through.
  3. ANOTHER one!? Hellfire... Be good to see where this goes!
  4. Last one imho. Looks to be the most in keeping with your original spec, and its definitely a rally style.
  5. There's Matt1878from Blackpool also, I'm in Burnley, and theres one or two from Colne, a few in Preston.
  6. Borderlands theme sounds boss! Nice little base to work from there, looking forward to updates.
  7. Not too sure what you're on about here mate. If you're on about reading any fault codes that may be lurking about, then there is no fault code reader for the Starlets as they are pre-OBD2. Instead, they use blink codes. In your engine bay, you'll find a little dark grey box that you can flip the cover off (think it says Diagnostic on the top?). In there, you need to bridge the contacts marked TE1 and E1, and this will have your ECU output any codes stored. Can use a bit of wire or a paperclip to do this. Get into your car, look at your gauge cluster, and you'll find your engine light flashing. If there are codes, you'll have a long pause, flashes, a short pause, then another set of flashes. Then it'll move onto the next code if there is one. The first group of flashes gives you your first number, the second, your second number. So, if it flashes once, pauses, then three times, then that's error code 13. There's a guide somewhere with a list of the error codes.
  8. Still think you should have kept the SSRs! Would have looked awesome on a Starlet!
  9. Anything really, as long as it isn't restrictive!
  10. It's.. er... interesting! Not the sort of clutch you can slip at low revs to creep forward in traffic, that's for sure. Brilliant to use when making progress though. A lot more force is needed to depress the pedal compared to the Spec.
  11. Nope, slapped on the Ogura clutch and not really run into the problems I was having before. Keeping an eye on it though, because the Spec 6-puk that came out looks absolutely fine...
  12. I had that exact same problem. If I tried to put it into third stood still, without having selected a different gear beforehand, the engine would try to stall. Seriously baffling.
  13. I kept having problems with my Spec 6-puk similar to this and to those people in the thread linked above, even after replacing the slave cylinder and bleeding several times. In the end I got an ORC, and the problem *seems* to have gone.
  14. Aww yeah ORC, Loving mine, they feel soo good.
  15. Ahhh, it's griffo's old SR! Nice to see it being kept clean lad
  16. Yeah man, I was the GT! Just randomly parked up as I was meeting with some mates to watch Furious 7 and only saw your EP when I was locking up! Cheers man!
  17. Looked clean! Nice little lip on it, who was it?
  18. Does that window decal say fapper?! Welcome to the club mate!
  19. TD's own demo GT. Not mapped properly yet
  20. Was good to see you again Ty, can't remember the last time I had seen you!
  21. Dad's 12-valver 2E-E got 75.4hp! And after some peer pressure (Matt..), I decided to plonk mine on as well even though nothing has changed. 164hp at 0.7bar, quite tidy.
  22. Maybe I need some spacers on my 14" Volks then... Practically touching the standard calipers! I've given them abuse on the road and never had a problem though.
  23. Actual perfection. LOVE it! The wheels suit it down to the ground!
  24. I remember having a few convos with him back in the day when ToyTuning were still decent, seemed like a straight lad. Obviously in the next few years we know that wasn't the case
  25. I think, without going ext w/g or for a turbo with a bigger internal w/g, your only other option would be to try porting it more, or restricting your intake.
