i had a huge battle with this the first time i had mine mot'd, the mot tester threw the flow chart back in my face and pulled a a more modern one out of his ass that basically stated that an imports n reg onwards have to have a cat on em and meet 3.50/1200 or whatever. mines an n reg annoyingly, but passed by miles with nothing more than the precat

Can i ask what size rad that cowling is to fit please? And does anyone know if glanza centre consoles fit into gt turbos? Ive wanted decent cup holders in every car ive ever owned lol, ive never had em :L

I've seen this going down Rodney rd a short while back, the phantom white gt lol. not the friendliest, he clocked my gt going the other way but ignored me.

Recently i got hold of a mk1 a/c econ control facia thing, and love it cause all the symbols light up on it, which they didnt on my mk3's. at the moment its just the mk1 buttons on the front of the mk3, though i also have the box of tricks that sits behind it, if i fit the box will i have all the parts to make that early system work, or is there more to the mk1 system elsewhere in the car?

Hey, quick question! i have a set of rota gt3s that i stripped back from hideous turquoise to bare metal to paint bronze, then decided i liked the bare metal look and chucked em on as they were. obviously they've gone all shitty a couple of times now, and i don't really feel like wire brushing em every couple of months to keep em looking nice, but ive been told a few times by peeps that you cant just lacquer em cause it wont stick to bare metal properly. i dont want to paint em silver, i like the completely bare look, does anyone have any idea of how to preserve it?

they're like sticker tabs on each side below the plaque that say mines on them in blue, id get a pic of mine but its all tucked up under the dash now :/. i wouldnt worry, thats still clearly a proper mines ecu, perhaps a previous owner pulled em off cause they loose their stick after a while and look a bit scruffy.

mines (pun not intended :L) a mk3 and my mines plugged in and went, no hassle! having said that, mine had the original lables on it that all mines ecus had to prove it hadn't been opened, has this one not got any marks where they used to be?

Ah yes, i meant id butcher a stock starlet box if i got hold of a g6r box. i also want to use my oem lsd, i dont like the idea of loosing it to gain one gear!

yer, ittle fit any gt turbo (ep82) from 1989 to 1995. newer than that and your talking about a glanza, or ep91. glanzas have different plugs, and this wont fit!

wow, this is peanuts, mine was 450 odd earlier this year when all was said and done, and that was a pretty good going. great ecu too, someone thinking about buying this should definately go for it imo!
