Hey all, more questions here lol. Ive found a dial cluster from a mk1 '82 with the mad light bar boost indicator at the bottom of the tacho. the chap selling it says it doesnt fit mk3s like mine, is that right? is the plug different or something?

Im swapping my turbo out for a glanza turbo friday with a bit of luck, doing oil, filter oil pressure sensor, manifold and all that other tosss while im in there, so i ought to ust take the bugger out. how much are de-gas jobs?

Can you actually feel a difference though? presumably it would rev more freely, but thats a lot of effort and the loss of A/C for placebo power lol

Another question here, piling them on today. Im too pussy to remove my A/C despite never using it ever, cause i know ittle never go back in even if i come to sell it. is it possible to just fit a different belt that misses the ac pump and therefore keeps it in but non functional? That would be ideal for lazy ol me thanks as always for any help!

my key has lock unlock buttons, though there tempermental buggers. is that what it is then?

i bought an ebay special just like this, at this price advertised for an ep82 and i cant fault it. pressure drops a bit crappo buti can hold the post core pipe bare handed after long runs and not get burnt, so it must be pretty effective lol. i think its piping also had more sections to it than the hdi kit its based on too, so its easire to position about the bay. Edit the link above is the vary same i bought, suggested by the very same person who suggested it to me lol.

Hey all, planning to swap my turbo and manifold out soon, and have most of the bits i need ready. I was wondering though, is it ok to reuse the origingal turbo to downpipe gasket, or should i replace it? the turbo is is identical across that face, so it shouldnt be an issure, right? also, im having trouble finding the turbo to intercooler gasket, it seems to be the same as an external wastegate gasket but im not sure. any help appreciated!
