Item For Sale: A pair of recaro fishnet headrest seats on ep82 rails Item Condition & Description: The seats are by no means perfect, the recaro name on each seat is pretty faded, there's tape round one of the seatbelt clips i daren't remove that i think is just holding the casing on, its never let go of the seatbelt of course or id have removed it. There have been repairs to the outside bolsters on each which are now a bit lumpy, and the whole outside of the drivers side has been replaced to a good standard but with the wrong fabric , but overall they are comfortable, fully functional and still look great!. the rails have been welded to fit by someone a bit naff with a welding kit but they fit and work so unless you like you car to have a concourse finish i doubt it would matter to most. on the plus side, the movable leg support bolster thingies still both work well, great fun for showing off to those who like cars lol. I've tried to include pics of all these things as I'm not one for mugging people off, i just want a straight sale with both party's happy at the end. i removed them from my car in favour of standard ep82 seats because I'm both a bit skint and a massive seat wrecker lol, I'm just not up to taking care of them. Price: 250 ono quidski seems fair for relatively rare seats and rails Pictures: fuck photobucket, these pics have been a nightmare to upload lol. i had pics of them in car but the phone that had these was stolen, so ive had to take more of them in the kitchen in the middle of winter so sorry about the quality! Im adding my recomendation here too, sent him off two knackered turbos, got the best of both put together with some new seals, bearings and a nice porting job. super happy with the result, will definatly use again someday.

are those wishbones still about? i can collect them tonight or tomorrow evening if they are!

thats not the end of the world, its the driveshafts and gearbox, and bodywork im most worried about. dont suppose u can get those new any more?

Hello all, got another problem here. pottering round town on a very wet morning with shithouse tyres, and ive locked up into a kirb at about 20 . seemed alot worse at the time than it does now, no bodywork damage cause the back and bottom of the nearest wheel took all the brunt, but its in need of repair and id like to know what might be wrong with it before i let some barrys loose on it. Its rocking some mad positive camber and toe out on the drivers side, and a quick jacked up look under showed me the wishbone is bent and probably the hub where it bolts on. the driveshafts and other gubbins seem ok, but i never studied automotive engineering so i dont no what a shunt to the side of the wheel would do to things. any ideas of what might need to be replaced would be a help, give me an idea of cost n shit!

Aww, my phone with my old thunder micra's pics on it was stolen last week or id have shown it off lol. stripped 1.0 with lightened flywheel, high lift cams, home meade low resistance ht leads and its rev limiter removed so it would rev till around 8800rpm before it hit some sort of fuel cut lol. i was going to keep it as a winter beater but it rusted out. Edit: found one of it sat next to its sucessor and endlessly better replacement.

i use the original recirculating bov and get chatter from compressor stall, ive always reckoned it was because it's too pussy to depressurise the whole intake fast enough, but im not certian. kind of a safer middle ground to not running one at all if it is.

I asked what that was for in mine a while ago, i was told its for remote locking iirc.

Ive got one. there a bit tempermental, ive been told you can still get them from toyota and you need a little metal box under the drivers seat to use them.

ill have to use a sandwich plate and a remote t piece to get this all in. ill never get to my oil filter now this is all back in, really annoyed with myself for not waiting a few days more and sorting it out.

Arise thread, arise! didnt wanna start a new thread for the same subject, so im bringing this one back from the dead lol. swapped out my turbo for a refurbish recently, and planned to get my sensor in while it was all out but the chunky old sensor wasnt gonna fit in that spot in a million years with the standard precat and whatnot, is there anywhere else i can fit the bugger?

Just how loud is this mate? i need to quieten mine down, rocking a sound cannon is great fun till u get home at around 2am, then its not cool while parallel parking. :L

theres a grommet dodad in my boot, got it all out with that and toweling. i do metal inserts on warships fro a living, so replacing the buggered metal is no biggie. i want to sort the leak first though lol!
