  1. Fucking hell lol that's mental. That's a fairly big sc as it is
  2. Took extra care when drilling the holes for the rarb double checking measurements etc!
  3. Started the work today, took me ages just to do the back end. The amount of crap that fell out when I took the car apart was crazy lol but after it was cleaned up the car was in great shape underneath. I wanted to take my time and do it properly so refurbished the rear axle while I was fitting the arb etc. Did discover both rear bearings need doing though so I'll sort that soon.
  4. Ha ha everyone's very interested in this set up!
  5. Kwik fit are coming in at 40 aswell, they are doing the camber aswell so have decided to go to them and they're just 5miles away so fingers crossed they do a good job
  6. Not bad at all then thanks for the heads up
  7. Id love a 20v in mine, it's my fave swap for a 91 but it's finding a good one and I havnt got the means of knowledge to do the conversion :/
  8. I've got the Corolla Inlet and a custom stainless back box. A specific year of Corolla exhaust manifold does fit but it's finding them in good condition
  9. Ah right got you now. Hmm I might have to go for a Corolla one as I think a custom one for me will be pricey
  10. I'm just considering all options and quite the car being NA. I havnt got deep pockets but then I'm not looking for big power maybe 130ish really. What ever i end up doing will be on an emanage blue and all mapped properly
  11. That's very tidy What exhaust manifold is it?
  12. And it all works fine? What sort of power does it make?
  13. Didn't get a chance to say hello lol I've seen it at Grantham Toyota before though- it still goes there for everything. I offered to buy it a few years ago but they said the boss had already tried lol
  14. Richard did you ever find out how much power they ran?
  15. Ah pants, kwik fit do use a hunter hawkeye kit which is meant to be good. Soton itself is a bit far, how much did they charge there?
  16. Yep totally agree, always liked the idea of black or gunmetal by after seeing them on black SR's I don't think they work. They do work v well on silver ones though lol but I doubt you'll be doing that! Or could use them as winter wheels on the silver car. Scotland does have some rare cars sneakily being horded up there though, got my 4paw up there
  17. Some stock cast manis are very strong and when I boost the SR I'll just get a stock ct9 manifold and get it gas flowed like I did with the stock gt4 manifold. I know the stock ones are no good for people wanting to upgrade turbos but if you're staying ct9 I'd keep the cast one The likes of Fensport and Merlin who were running high powered 3sgte's used cast Corolla wrc manifolds because they were the only things that wouldn't brake
  18. Very interested to see the set up mate
  19. Very very clean defo prefer it with silver wheels. I can imagine they're quite rare up there now. To be honest I think they're rare in general now mate, ones that still look like SR's anyway
  20. I am one of the biggest fans of SR's so any chance to see more pics and diff colours then I'll take it lol and as mines black I'm obv biased towards them ha ha
  21. Yeh the pics are great- big shame about the wing but not the end of the world and at least it's not on the main body of the car my front and rear bumpers need doing too to make it mint. Any more pics of the black one?
  22. Ha ha I'm from Lincolnshire but currently live near Andover as I'm in the army. I'm sometimes near Nottingham too. You see I've only got kwik fit near me as far as I know in Andover. I'll need it sorting around that area as I'm doing all the work on it down here this week. I'll check the WAC out mate and see how far away they are. Yeh the plan is to reduce understeer so that's why I've gone for a set along with a rarb
  23. The original poster - jeffrosie might be but I'm good thanks.
