Yeh I mean obv it's your car and each to their own. I've got a custom stainless with tte tip and it sits neatly at the back so I guess I don't have that issue. Awesome car either way mate

Not to mention all the weight it would add :/ definalty don't use the eBay brakers mate as it'll probably turn up on fire or something! Do you think you'd be able to remove it more carefully of you had the chance again? All I can think of is some how make your own and cover it with a material that looks similar to stock and I doubt they'd give it a second glance

Honestly if I was still in the market for one id have had it. I know that's not much consolation but my point is don't let it go for nothing.

Great example Morgey this has helped me out loads too. Jay: yeh don't blame you with this crap weather, I have a workshop and had most of a Saturday to take my time with the Corolla manifold. Not too bad a job, ratchet spanners help. Do you have the longer vac hosing, brake hosing and the support bracket from the Corolla for the manifold? I can take pics/answer any questions to give you a head start. I'd give the original air box a go with a panel filter- I think it's quite a good set up really. Saw the Corolla compressor rolling road day at TD- nearly all cars had all kinds of induction kits and didn't even make stock power!- think two guys ran totally standard cars and made just over stock power.

Jay are to allowed to get the car mapped on a piggyback in your catagory? Just thinking it would help tie the mods in. I know we only have little 1.3 NA's but I personally feel that any performance mods need a good map. My gt4 felt worse than stock when I put the blitz sus on until it got mapped.

Get the Corolla mani on mate doesn't make a huge difference but mine feels better mid range. The cone filter might be losing you a bit too. Ha ha the noise does make you feel that doesn't it!

Only a little I'd say but they are great copies. I think they just look darker on the white cars for some reason. The sizing looks good

They do look darker than mine but the sizing looks spot on so it's a strange one. I doubt someone's gone to the lengths and detail that you have to have reproduced.

Both look fantastic! I'd say the silver is spot on for when they seem to go silver in the sun but are black the rest of the time.

They are extremely rare aren't they and I'm sure it'll sell just its a big wedge that not everyone has waiting. I saw one for sale years ago missing the badge too for 500 which was a total piss take. Yours is very reasonable mate and I'm sure it'll find a good home hopefully on an SR
