Did you see the sr locally mate? As I'm constantly on the lookout for decent ones and didn't see that one. every single one I've been to view has been a dog. Yeh glanza interior would look good

Blimey that's a cool job you've got then! As we said before, the sr interior is awful ha ha. It's a Mazda 3 mps in silver. It's not in bad nic at all just a few little bits here and there- it'd make sense to do the whole lot otherwise it'd be a pain trying to flash in here and there

Have you got any plans for the interior mate? Just out of interest how much roughly is a full re spray on a 5 door hatch?

Honestly mate just leave it stock, at the most, put a laguna splitter on. I just love the stock look and there's barely any left that's all. Not many people stop at skirts and a rear bumper as the profile of the car doesn't look right, then it's time for the glanza front end conversion and finally to boost it so it ends up a glanza anyway

Ha ha same here! My 197 was 5800 and was made of tin foil and fag packets, got my current mps for 5750 with 45k and the difference between them is unreal. They are a fantastic cars. Mines up for sale soon- is a silver aero with gloss black wheels and stage one mods sitting around 290. Lovely car mate definate sleeper, people don't even notice the aeros

Pleased it's not a 'major' problem Socks, some teething issues are to be expected on something like this aren't they. Hope you get it resolved soon buddy and can then get her on the road

Dei high temp spray in black- used it on my gt4's down pipe and external wastegate set up, worked a treat and it never flaked off. Really helps protect and gives a nice clean look

So annoying isn't it, that's why I love the idea of boosting one and maybe swapping to glanza interior with a flocked dash and some nice seats or something.

It's each to their own isn't it mate. I call myself a purist but I'd definatly boost one and update the interior ha ha but then again it's only the exterior on the sr that's different and what makes it an sr. Hopefully I can get my hands on a good one soon

Leave it as stock as possible on the outside mate it's lovely just how it is, then you'll be in a propper elite club - the un modified sr club. Don't do the rear bumper either mate.

That's exactly what I'm after- the standard look but boosted. Is it hard to do? I'm a mechanic but Just got to sus my new work out and see if i could do it there
